Exercise of Options
Dillistone, the AIM quoted supplier of recruitment software, announces that application has been made for the admission ofΒ 259,518Β new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of Dillistone ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM following the exercise, on 5 May 2009 byΒ 23Β employees, of share options granted on 3 May 2006Β under the Company's share option schemesΒ ("Share Options"). The exercise priceΒ of the Share Options was 16.154 pence per Ordinary Share.
TheseΒ new Ordinary SharesΒ will rank pari passu with all existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that dealing in theΒ newΒ Ordinary Shares will commenceΒ onΒ 11 May 2009.
37,143 of the Share Options exercised were exercised by AlexanderΒ James, Projects Director of Dillistone. Following this option exercise AlexanderΒ JamesΒ is now beneficially interested in 40,498Β Ordinary Shares which represents approximatelyΒ 0.72Β per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the CompanyΒ following the exercise of the Share OptionsΒ ("Enlarged Share Capital").
In addition, Dillistone was notified today thatΒ Mike Love, Non-Executive Director of DillistoneΒ and Executive Directors Jason Starr, Jim McLaughlin and Rory Howard all purchased Ordinary Shares on 5 May 2009 at 130 pence per Ordinary Share as set out in the table below:-Β
