BOARD APPOINTMENT

Dillistone Group Plc ("Dillistone" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted supplier of recruitment software, is pleased to announce that Alistair Francois Buchanan Milne will join the board of Dillistone ("Board") as Director of Support Services with effect from 3 January 2011.

Alistair, age 35, has been employed as a technical support director of Dillistone Systems Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, since 2006 where he has been and continues to be responsible for the Global support service, account management and data centre infrastructure. In 2003 Alistair joined the Company as a support technician and trainer.

Mike Love, Chairman of Dillistone, commented:

Alistair is currently a director of Dillistone Systems Limited.

Alistair is currently beneficially interested in 24,083 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in Dillistone which represents approximately 0.43% of the issued share capital of the Company. 12,000 of these shares are held in Alistair's wife's name.

In accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company confirms that there are no further matters to be disclosed in respect of Alistair's appointment.
