DILLISTONE GROUP PLC: NEW CONTRACT

Dillistone Group Plc ("Dillistone"), the AIM listed supplier ofΒ recruitmentΒ software, is pleased to announce that it has entered intoΒ a new contractΒ worth in excess of Β£150,000Β withΒ aΒ leading internationalΒ executive search firmΒ for the supply, implementation and support ofΒ Dillistone'sΒ FILEFINDER suite of products.

The contract will seeΒ implementation ofΒ Dillistone Systems' FILEFINDERΒ 9 software system throughout the firmΒ with implementation expected in Q2 of 2010. The contract incorporates FILEFINDER 9 Software licences, various services and a three year supportΒ contract.

TheΒ implementationΒ revenue, licenceΒ revenueΒ and a proportion ofΒ the support revenueΒ received fromΒ this contract will be recognised in Dillistone's 2010 accounts and will contribute towards achieving market expectations for that year.
