Ajax (AQUIS: AJAX) the natural resources investment company, has received the standard form for notification of major holdings below from Spreadex Ltd. The Company believes this represents, at least in part, an element of the overall interest of Mr John E Story.
The Company has also been informed that the disclosable holding of JIM Nominees Ltd has been transferred to GHC Nominees Limited.
