("Ajax" or the "Company")
Grant of Options to Directors
Ajax [AQUIS: AJAX], the natural resources investment company, announces that it has granted options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain directors ("Options").
Options over a total of 14,650,000 Ordinary Shares have been granted to two Directors with the following key terms:
· Exercise price - 10 pence per Ordinary Share.
· Life - 5 years.
· Vesting condition - The closing mid-market price of the Ordinary Shares must exceed 16 pence for a continuous period of 10 trading days.
