Still, what I believe is this: Summer in Europe will be strong. With Security concerns and inflation caused by increasing energy prices, people will be more mindful. They will travel within Europe instead of going towards east. I am telling this continuously, if fuel prices remain high and we stuck with 80-100 USD per barrel I'd rather be invested in an airline with 80-85% of it's fleet being next gen aircraft. This is when we're going to see a huge gap in fuel CASK vs competition. There will be a consolidation in Europe and some airline will go bust. Aircraft financing will get cheaper. So Wizz won't be one of these for sure

Around 2008-2010 when fuel was at 100 USD and worldwide crisis WIZZ had like 20-30 aircraft and they did no go bust. Airlines are not a safe heaven but non of us is looking for that in WIZZ. My opinion only.

So if these effects remain longer it is a cost of 33 mEUR per month. Which can get higher if oil and USD Fx goes further up. Very simplified way of calculation but this could mean 3-400 mEUR additional cost per year. With the company expected to turn around from F27 this will generate a selloff I am pretty sure about that.

So here is what we know as of today:

- 1 XLR is still parked in PRG after the hard landing.

- Ex Abu-dhabi fleet is operating except 2 aircraft.

- Deliveries in F26: 40 deliveries vs 43 planned. This seems to be on track.

-Re-deliveries: 9 so far vs. 18 planned. 3-4 EoL is in progress but I doubt they will return 9 AC in the next 3 weeks. So this is way behind schedule as I expected.

- Some analysts were projecting F26 results of -150m EUR. When the +-25 m EUR guidance came out in January the SP went up. now their guidance is -25 to -75 m EUR.

With the current situation in Iran this does not look good. If this war is going to impact the F27 guidance as well it will not be well received by the market. But a lot can happen until June or until the Q1 report in July. There is a good chance that we will see prices below 1000p. But I also expect relief rallies if ME tensions ease or if there is any positive development in Ukraine. Long term holders can average down and I think this will be a great stock to swing trade for those with balls of steel. Just my opinion. I do both anyway.

The bad idea was in my view that Varadi started to push for the israeli market after AUH withdraw. Glad that they did not make it to a TLV base yet and really hope that the plan is off the table now.
