Good ideas in there too I think, (probably better than treading a bit of Sharps territory from me!). Got to do something I think, or just sell a load more mattresses as the little odds and sods are just a bit of pocket money on top.
As for the other one. It really had better be in this next 2 weeks. Taken far too long. if not I will derisk right down to a small holding and maybe load back into it on an as & when basis. And If the timing Gods are on our side I would like to get some EVE at the end of this month ready for the update. (Certainly I like the chart a lot from a risk reward viewpoint at the moment.)

I have been thinking what eve can do with regards to developing into being a "sleep wellness" co,. (Which at the moment sounds pretty wooly I think). The initial problem is that Beds & Mattresses are expensive (£500 plus sort of thing) and it does not sit well along side everything else being £10-£50, Are you an extras co. or a main bed/mattress maker?

Maybe they are thinking about design services. So when you order a mattress will EVE contact you to let them design your room? colours on the wall blinds/curtains, sound system, table furniture lighting? (A bit like B&Q sell kitchens but also design them for you too?)

I think that somehow they need to "bridge" better the very small items with the big ticket stuff otherwise it just looks odd (to me) and perhaps a design service bringing everything together in an all round package might do that?

(I have no idea if the public want such a thing, by the way)

Thats a good question: why aren't we back to normal? Well I suggest its because we have not got to heard immunity levels yet. The govt's aim is to have every adult double dosed by end of September in time for the winter.

There is now talk of (and I think is likely) that they will want 12-18 year olds done as well. (again, in or before september)

Then i imagine we are done, so restrictions probably of some sort until year end (but winding down), and then "normality" beckons.

For a lot of people the vaccine will be new and therefore won't need a booster. It remains yet to see how long the vaccine lasts and to be fair, its too early for any definitive data to come through (its not even ben 6 months yet!). It won't be the vaccine wearing off so much as the reduced protection against a variant, that will probably make the need for a booster, as in the flu jab.

I would suspect that a lot of information has been collected now about covid since the outset and how maybe the vaccines can be tweaked to be even more effective and longer lasting and maybe to allow for how mutations are typically occurring.

The global picture is harder to see but apparently there is going to be a push to get it vaccinated within 18 months.

If they pull it off that's a pretty impressive response to develop, test and administer a vaccine for the whole world in 36 months.

Apparently its the youngster who are not yet vaccinated that are getting and spreading it and they are, for the vast majority, only mildly ill.

Yes its very frustrating Pawn, to be down 5-10% just for making a purchase and it generally stops me trying to be cute and trade this stock, which is doubly frustrating as the chart has been (for me) predictably reliable!

That lack of volatility of course can add to the stagnation......

Yes Pawn, I don't think its any more complicated than that.

You get stagnation when all those that wanted to buy, have and all those who wanted to sell have sold.

If you are a LTBH then you have bought and that's that. If you chase hot stocks you are lone gone.

So until new news generates a new bunch of buyers, then I'm afraid it can be quite dull and a BB,doesn't always help to the patience required :0))

FWIW the chart looks ok I think. it looks like it has found a floor and as long as there is no bad news coming looks to be a pretty good entry point. I can't see why there would be bad news. CC is confident, and she's a good girl, they have a clear plan that they have taken their time in executing. So, maybe its worth a punt?

Thinking about what you said BIL, "..Your ‘impending doom’, ‘the end is nigh’ posts..." basically what I said back in late feb was that I did not see the test coming out until May, (and was castigated for it) and then I moved it to July a bit later (and was castigated for it).
A recurring theme (in response I might add) to posts declaring the amount of testing needed (specifically in the UK) I expressed views that the amount of testing would be governed by vaccine roll out and that the govt's desire to pay for these tests would also have an effect.

And that's about it really.

Interspersed with all that has been the positive posts when we get good news released with projected timelines.

As for the TA, well, I just call it as I see it and its not been that far off the mark. (I can't help it if share prices sometimes go down).

Still, you don't see yourself as others see you, so, there you go, what can you do?

If posting does not affect the SP (which it doesn't), but can "dent sentiment" what does that mean? Some people don't want to hear any discussion of perceived risk?
This is a high stakes game. If people can't take the heat (emotional turmoil), they really should not be doing this or at the very least, stay away from BB's

If I am perceived as negative on this stock, then people are clearly forgetting the positive posts I have made. However as the last 12 months year I have been here has been one of continual disappointment based on the CEO's forecasts regarding the Test I have looked for reasons as to why it may be so.

And Its sometimes difficult to find a positive spin (short of ramping)) when every deadline is missed with mostly no explanation.

However, I can see no further bumps (excuses left) in the road (other than the Dog at our submission paperwork) and it looks like the market agrees too. So, happy days ahead, (by that I mean I think the SP will rise.)

Its hardly news and I can only hope that this really is it now, but I did think that in "early May". To say the test had not been submitted after 3 weeks was an option that never even crossed my mind, and yet it happened.

And yes of course Doxorubicin is reflected in the SP, all know knowledge and opinion is in the SP.

ok Fun time, but the chart is the chart and it says the same things to both of us. I just happened to post it earlier that today was likely to be a decisive day. But the day is not done yet and could yet throw a spanner in the works but hopefully not, (that's for all of those that need a cuddle in the forecast), so we shall see, as always.
