That's alright Jo, but you always get overshoots to big news.
As Eastwood points out in a very timely manner and as the old adage goes, "never bet more than you can afford to lose", but people do when buying stocks because they "comfort" themselves that even if it does go down, it won't last long, and all will be well, therefore they over commit because they are greedy in their expectation of profit. But when a dramatic (in this instance) fall happens , and they see quite how big there loss is in red ink, on the screen, in front of them, they panic and sell.
Fear & greed. Get it under control and it makes this an easier game than it sometimes is. (just my 2 cents)
