Can we even make it for that if we were touting £5 per test and a £1 profit margin?

Maybe its as simple as that? Maybe we keep trying to get the cost down with "tweaked" design changes which is causing the delay at ABDX?

However if it closes above 133p then a reversal may be underway and you could buy then, with a stop at 124p

The first target would be 143p (which is crappy risk reward and then 148p (still crappy), 160p ish is a reasonable projection for a target with 180p or threrabouts as the 2nd target.

As anyone can see, lower lows and lower highs makes for quite the bearish picture right now.

Overall unless you are going to take a 2 month plus view, then I think there must be better stocks to have a punt on from a TA perspective. (SYN has performed absolutely text book and a minimum 20% gain from where it is now (207p) seems to be on the cards with a stop at 198p

H, its quite a choppy chart to be fair now around 3.85p-4.05p

But the increases were coming from the expectation of the rig moving before the delays set in. Now thats looks to be resolved I agree that some daily increases are likely but would be surprised if it could got above 4.05p just because the history will make some wary, but then, there should be a spike above 4.6p when it is actually under way.

Anyway, all in all it does look like progress can and will, shortly resume.

ND, don't hold your breath, I think the "sign" for good news will be when the shorts close and they seem in no rush to do it, so I don't expect either HUA or AVA6k updates in this month.

If anything I think they are expecting the SP to fall further, which means they see something coming that generally is being missed here.

Obviously the JSE update has clarified the "problem" and at the same time indicated that it is resolved so rig moving before EOY now looks much more likely, maybe even before xmas,

Can see the SP maybe edging up to 3.95p but I will be surprised if it moves further before its actually under way.

I imagine there are few here adjusting their PF's to take advantage of a buy price sub 3.8p?

It has been known for some industry to have a break over xmas.. Even Scrooge gave Crachit a day off.

Matrix, its about 25% from the top buying price to the selling price to-day, so not nothing imo.

There is nothing irrational about this, in fact It is entirely rational for money to be taken off the table in light of repeated missed deadlines.

Although this is recognised here as a slam dunk, its not. There is still risk involved of it being uncommercial. There is nothing to assume after repeated delays that this one will be it.

My view is that it will be January at least before its on its way just due to the holiday break. But its just a guess, but i do have historical precedence now on my side from the company itself not being able to fulfil their own guidance to the market on now more than a couple of occasions.

(fwiw, I think 3.65p may yet hove into view, but as ever we will see.)

Given the speculation here on the results date based on historical precedent, could SYN throw more resources at it to get the data analysed and out quicker than before?

i was initially surprised but actually, this RNs makes bugger all difference (hence the static SP. Whats changed? the odds were always that our LFT would detect it, and it has been confirmed, in that sense its not big news? (It would have been much bigger news if it hadn't!)

So, still no test for sale in the UK, the EU still don't seem to care. If we don't get approval in the next few days given the current circumstances, then I really don't know where we go from here with our test.

If ever there was a case for it, it is now surely? its overwhelming!

Given the RNS this morning how can EUA not be given?

Medusa are ready to go with manufacture apparently and ABDX are with 10 working days of finishing their trial batches.

So given the backdrop of panic on omicron in the population, combined with AVCT already have had business use approval, Medusa having asked for HUA for months and therefore all the data is there for officials to grant HUA, and millions per month production capability available and there is a shortage of LFT's as well then I really can't see why it would not be granted. How much more demand and alignment do the Govt need!

If its not granted , then I really don't know what AVCT/Medusa have to do to get this off the ground.
