Who would have thought that getting to the placing price of 6p a few days before TD would be a positive TA level.....

Just a short vid saying they had got to target depth and were packing up to go to next drill location.

He looked downbeat I think

Then why hasn't the SP moved?

If buyers want to buy and the sellers are not selling, then the MM's push the price up until the sellers do want to trade.

More like a standoff it would seem. Buyers won't buy higher price and sellers won't come down.

It just seems to me this was fleshed out on another thread yesterday, that paying so much attention (or any) to Noble seems pointless in every respect when looking at the SP prospects of He1

16p ish is the target (fwiw)

You are only interested if HE1 discover helium.

It is only at that stage (irrespective of the actual SP) will you make a decision to buy or not.

I am not concerned about the SP up until there is an actual result on the drill (good bad or indifferent.)

These are 2 different subjects imo.

One is trading the SP action with no care about the actual state of the drill, (of either co.)

Nothing wrong with that and there may be money to be made over the short term.

But if we are talking about the potential of a longer term SP, then it all rests on whether or not HE1 discover commercial Helium and at what quantity. That aspect has nothing to do with Noble.

My point is Legal, that it makes sod all difference.

If any here think Noble is a better bet then fine, or have invested in both, who cares?

For instance if Noble has a gusher and HE1 don't ,how will that help HE1?

So Noble have a gusher and we are still drilling and the HE1 SP rises on the expectation their find will be replicated...ok...so what? if it is great, if it isn't the SP would fall.

So yes 2 companies doing the same thing but as they are separate entities then its immaterial how one might ultimately influence the other.

Would you buy HE1 (after waiting all this time for HE1 to discover Helium), if Noble declared commercial Helium before HE1?

Because if you wouldn't then again, who cares about Noble?

My calcs (if LB is correct) that we will be drilling again by Friday and as its only a 100m or so away and the rig is going at full capacity it would seem Monday might, might be the day of TD?

I don't know what the facination is with Noble frankly as it has no bearing on He1.

He1 will either "discover" Helium or they won't.

The SP might shift about a bit but its only going to properly move, one way or the other, when that news is released.

Given the SP volatility prior to spud, to placing, to spudding, to drilling, to breakdown, to drilling to breakdown today, I dont think the Sp will react that much to TD, simply because.... so what?

You would assume once drilling started TD would be reached so I don't see why actually eventually getting to TD is that big a deal (sp-wise). Its the results that is the only game in town. Always has been.

Perhaps this time there can be an argument that sentiment both specifically to HE1 and generally now is very low and in better, more positive, times we might have seen a higher SP but we are where we are...

I don't think its ramping, I think by AS raising this as a request would suggest they want to give as powerful a set of data to the market as possible, knowing what they do already.

So I think it is a logical assumption to make. (it may be wrong of course, but reasonable none the less).

I think (based on the timelines AS gave at the end of DE6) that the "2 months " needed to collate the data started then.(19/09)

That would roughly put us to mid Nov. In turn that would allow 2 months worth of DE7 to be added. So my best guess is add a couple of weeks to late Nov/early DEC to get the data released with whatever if not all DE7 data as well

Thing is Don, this isn't the first time we have been on the same page, Its just that I have (inadvertently) got under your skin. and it's screwed up our opinions of each other.

I have been critical, (due to the reality) of AS and his projected timelines but I would be absolutely amazed beyond belief if this slips into next year. I thought when the interview and RNS came out that there was and had been a real shift in approach and the "deadlines" were not to be missed going forward.

I hope this is not the "rose-tinted" goggles talking....(not something I normally fall prey to, it has to be said....)

I think LB has done all she can quickly, to reassure the market and by the look of it successfully.

Anyway, this time next week I think (RNS on Friday saying fixed, 2 days of drilling and then TD reached), then we wait for the next bit.....
