Graph appears to be bottoming out and slowly starting to creep up.

All the stocks need some time to settle after the recent upheaval due to trumps tariffs, hopefully this will come down soon ...

I've just picked up a huge order 12000 shares at around 890.

Could have had a better price of 875 today but got too greedy waiting for a drop to 850. Good luck everyone else

I'm surprised how stubborn the share has been, based on America price it should be closer to 850 but it doesn't want to drop.

I think the balance of risk reward is starting to tip in favour of share purchases.

I suspect a lot of the drop is the general sell off in America markets secondary to concerns about recession and trade tariffs

Interesting you say that, as previous bottom was around 820ish, however the current market cap is much higher due tot he extra number of shares on issue. This makes it hard to compare like for like but in market cap bottom would be close to 7.50.

I'm personally looking for extra around 850, not sure it will drop that low.

The impression I get and has been posted by Terry I'd that the deal will be unchanged from what was announced previously.

However this is the level of mistrust with the current CEO, that even when he announces a clarification people mistrust it and look for workarounds.

If this share reaches 850 I feel I will have to buy in significantly (many multiples of what I currently hold priced at £16)

I suspect you are right below 9 the price will start to stabilise as the upside to risk becomes too attractive.

Nothing has fundamentally changed from the announcement of the maverick deal (when the share price was sitting stable) to now outside of the equity raise and then ensuing panic.

Then this leaves DEC in a poor position, as the deal probably isn't as lucrative if you have to offer up 30% more shares to complete it.

The recent share offer is really a master stroke on how not to operate, sudden request for cash for no clear reason in the middle of securing the largest deal of the companies existence, severely dropping down the SP and thus putting said deal in jeopardy

My biggest worry recently has been just that, unless they have already signed the amount of shares in exchange for the merger of the companies, then maverick have every right to turn around and say they want more for the deal to go ahead.

If some one more knowledge has gone through the publications, please enlighten us

While Gas prices are up currently, trade traffis will likely result in higher inflation, reduced growth and higher interest rates. This combination is not good for the long term future prices of gas and oil, as consumption is likely to reduce.

Hopefully someone at the White house sees some sense and tappers down this trade war

Wow it's dropping like a sink, was thinking of buying some of friday but glad I didn't, since it's broken the £10 barrier i suspect it will drop lower before regrouping.

I do agree, it's silly, but I don't see any reason for a re rate right now with the court case still pending.

I agree it is underrated but that's been the case for the last 10 years outside of a few pushs in the 70s, what's caused the current raise.

I sold out at 65 and 67, now fully put of this stock.

Looks like I timed it wrong and it's gone for a re rate. I thought the results were OK but with the car finance issue still looming didn't expect a re rate until the high court makes a decision..... has the outcome of this been leaked?? Likely otherwise why the push up

Also share goes exactly divi in a few days, would it not have been more prudent to issue the shares after ....

Was trying to say I don't know how high the interest rates must be that dec prefer to issue new shares with a 8% dividend to pay going forward, I suspect its more they reached a limit with funding from the banks so needed the extra capital

One of the main concerns for me, and likely many other hence the price being below share price offering, is why was the offering needed. It seems sudden and unplanned suggesting planning for the maverick deal wasn't what it should be.

This knocks confidence in management and who knows what else they may have overlooked. Terry brings up historic issues but they still hold true.

I'm hoping for a bottom out around 1050 before a strady rise, it could be higher or lower just an educated guess

I holding out for DEC. I really suspect a rebound is on the cards here at dec. I'm hoping it bottoms out around 10.5 and then rebounds to 13.5.
