As with so many AIM list companies the BOD / COE’s salaries are not justified by share value creation .. but paid on ego which is surprising as most couldn’t hold up a proper jobs in a real profit driven company! but some how they get away with it !

Views on the latest tweet? .. they wouldn’t be silly enough to put out that message if it wasn’t true? Surely ….Not after the tantalising close debacle ?

I think the penny is starting to drop for investors with BOD like this … it’s just a wheel of fortune for the directors salaries .. fancy strategic talk but no action and it just keeps spinning if one gets off another from the club gets on ..All in IMHO of course

No Mr M I worked that out all on my own .. I don’t need group speak to make judgements on people motivations and mental burdens . I walk alone through life with no hand holding !!

Keyboard worriers don’t have strategies in the business sense .. they are all about muddying the water and creating doubt.. Mr M has been doing it under many guises and for years .. it like he’s got nothing better to do .. a very sad individual. .. if you ask me .. May be he missed out on one of Mr t successes and is so bitter he’s spend every spare hour trying to prove Tony’s failings

Management are all on a 12 month sabbatical .. In order to concentrate on their other jobs .. it would seem..IMHO

pinguser5… I would say the reason they hold many part time positions is that they can get paid more for doing less…. It’s certainly not for the benefit of the companies they are involved in. As their current share prices shows this..IMHO

The wheels of non existent strategies move very very slowly …there are not many jobs where you can claim such high part time salaries without proving your worth in the modern world. Only on the AIM ….iMHO

There may well be gas in the ground ..however there has been no successful way of getting the gas out of the ground to levels that is going to make this company have any really value. The company now only sees the compensation route as the only way on turning the fortunes around . And has been the same for a few years and the new board hasn’t changed any thing . Other than some pie pie in the sky strategy

When you consider they have an Executive Chairman and COE that's a lot of salary for very little progress..All paid for by Dilution ..IMHO

Unfortunately Brad and Mr M are like a married couple heading towards divorce... Neither is either coherent or adding any value to the subject.. it’s just point scoring process....I have blocked both for now until as time when a more constructive narrative is put forward!

Think you’ll find that there are a large number companies on the AIM where that is is unwritten strategy.. IMHO

Don’t have problem with delay .. developing new and functioning products take to get it right!. Sales and Mr Budds excessive salary and bonus along with his contempt for PI is where my issues lie .

I am not sure there’s a proper recruitment process. It’s seems like a very small pot of like minded so called senior executives that are employed. All linked by one thing and it’s not success. IMHO

The BOD here are like a pack of Hyena's ...picking the bones until they are forced to move on as the food has run out..IMHO
