A company that produces little or no income as has a wage bill of £700k plus per annum .. achievements to date one year on ..... nothing but pie in the sky strategy’s and zero progress on anything. None of the BOD would(could) hold the equivalent role in a proper revenue producing business .. all IMHO

Mr M .. whilst TG is not god! He has had considerable success in the past. Whilst this may not be relevant To future performance.. What has a keyboard warrior like you achieve that gives you the right to write chapter and verse about the project.. all of it criticising every move good or bad.....just a thought! For Marketing Dude he is sure quite.... You usually can't shut them up shouting the corporate spiel and key benefits of their offerings. The silence must be due to BC controlling things.. Thats what happens when you are heavily reliant on one distributor.

Funny enough I was thinking of writing something much the same about Mr M yesterday... but didn’t want I encourage his jaundiced view .. he’s always right ..in my eye’s he’s just a sad Fker playing on peoples anxiety...

This question and answer session .. is a nonsense... it used to be done over at sound energy .. and they never answered the proper question t always took the 5 and said these were price sensitive and could not be answered.. this will be no different ..IMHO

My view is they are aware of the discontent amongst the shareholders.. and are saying PPA and finance are out of are hands.. this is what we can do in the mean time!

All you have to do is look at the BOD track record to see how this will play out. They think nobody notices that none of them have ever achieved any kind of success for the businesses they are supposed to represent. Dilution is the name of the game

Nothing new one year on and arbitration not even started. The year has cost the company in excess of £400k in salaries just to stand still with Zero (more or less) in income.. Good value for money ...of course not. Only on the AIM could this happen. It’s a nonsense..... a way forward nah just pie in the sky ideas...

Think thats a bit unfair whizzer they have taken pay cuts whilst the covid issue is apparent .. And for me they have used this time productively looking at all options available..... nothing is ever route 1 to success look at apple, Microsoft and numerous companies.

Didn’t they the same deal sorted with another set of lawyers last year .. for about a weekend then it was pulled .. think that’s what they call rinse and repeat .. Parsons favourite quote! Along with liquidity event or non event as the case may be!!

The development side of the business is not in question in the slightest..they are exceptional at this.. It's the ability to make them commercial and sell them in the market. Only time will tell if the link up with BC will be fruitful (one can't imagine it won't be). Mr Budd doesn't help himself by not increasing comm's as they have turned from institutional investors base to PI one. PI's need a lot more reassurance of how things are going than the former. And the share price will always drift without this. As this is the AIM and has a history of BAD management (BS) and failed businesses.

it's not negativity its reality until he says anything different. Mr Budd has missed most deadlines and operates like he's the owner rather than an over paid servant of the shareholders. I am all for rewarding success but success is not bring a product to the market, it's about selling them. Nothing else matters in the short-term without sales he will have to dilute the share value ....Hardly success if that happens.

Has a lot to prove and whilst the link up with BC should bare fruit soon. He has shown how weak he/GDR are at selling their products to anyone directly or through agents. Its all well and good producing innovative and exceptional good products.. But there is a huge necessity to commercialise these opportunities and sell when the need is highest . In the past they have relied on government grants for product development purposes where speed to market is not as priority. Covid is a different animal on many fronts and sales for small company is paramount to the future success of the organisation. He ability's are under scrutiny and they are not looking to hot! Hopefully he will prove these to be totally wrong ...BUT only time will tell

Unfortunately I don’t have much confidence in Mr Budd .. in the middle of a pandemic he’s had a A1 test to sell in to a large section of the global or an age .. it’s either the price is to high or he’s not got what takes to sell into these markets .. either way he should admit it and fall on his sword or come clean about the problems .. to justify why this has happened would be what a proper CEO would do...not hide. And say zilch

Nothing this board have done over the last year warrants payment.. They should ashamed to pick up expenses let alone salaries but of course they are not they even get a bonus too .. You have to ask yourselves what are they actually doing. Two full time executives to run an outsourced gas well that offers meagre offerings and instructed lawyers to look at the Slovenian claim . It's a nonsense no private run business would operate like this. They have numerous other exec and no exec in similar companies. Now where do they get the time..Hmm i wonder! All in IMHO
