Brad I think Kala data is a start-up company as it has no record of successfully setting up a data centre or any ongoing established centres as far as i can see.

Also i find it interesting that the Chairman writes the open letter about Tlou ..then announces the resignation of Colm a few days later

I find it interesting that thre has been no hand over period but with immediate effect ..WHY? They are very thin on the ground both at board and executive level

Parson's has a way of drip feeding supposed upside RNS's which in the end amount to nothing or at best very little. His history failure is no red herring ... just look at his past history........ Sound Energy, AST, Coro Energy, Echo energy to name just a few.. a leopard never changes his spots be warned ...IMHO

It seems that colm was dublin based ...so don't think the change in registered offices...is anything to do with him may be the new potential CEO requires this ?

Classic AIM sell on good news ! Most on here have very limited knowledge of what's required to move the share price consistently upwards.. Hence the nonsense that is written daily by most... This is a good building block but in itself isn't enough to push the share price north, sales are required for that the history of the company should show you that!

As I thought Colm is all bar useless .. He’s been in the top seat for over a year and absolutely nothing has moved forward other than a load of hype surrounding KLA data which now seems to have gone underground .. WHY ?

Neither of them produce enough power to satisfy thier own markets SA still operates load shedding same as it has for decades.. as does Botswana . They both talk about producing more power .. through various schemes but nothing ever seems to come to fruition. .. But I know it makes BOT’s happy that Tlou are failing to get the project over the line so happy days for him .. as strange as that may seem

It makes me laugh how these non producing non revenue so called business jump from one thing to the next …Parson has been doing it with in numerous different business … all have failed to deliver any thing but losses for the shareholder!

Here we have some Jonny come lately riding in as the grim reaper and delivering death by a thousand cuts ! GL was as dodgy as the rest of these so CEO’s on the AIM. Feathering his nest whilst double dealing behind the shareholders backs! Imho

You can now see why GL grabs his bonus when he did! This company wasn’t and definitely isn’t a going concern it’s seems now and has been kicking the can down the road for years

I’m really at a loss to see this is the best option. Considering what has gone before and the timescales involved! Who F is the new CEO and how does his strategy alines with the best outcome for the shareholders! Sound is /was an exploration company but now it’s a nothing company with no clear route other than paying inflated salaries to poor executives .. The AIM at its best ..always was and is definitely a lifestyle company at best or a dead duck going forward! A big lesson in what not to put your hard earned money into ..imho
