A Lot of hot air ……..and no substance
Parson's has a very poor record in all the businesses he's been involved in.. I hardly think this one will be any different.. The proof of the pudding is in the eating,, And his are alway sour unless you are in his very close circle of miss fits .........IMHO
Another day another scatter gun approach to strategy! I would love to know what Graham Wood actually brought to the business in his time as NED . Hot air and helium are almost the same thing in my eyes ……… along with all the other past focuses this will probably come to nothing …as happens in most cases that Parson’s is involved in .. other than lining his own pockets .IMHO
Bot’s fancy quoting Tidd’s .. thought you said he was part of the big con and a huge ramper … or is that only when it suits you! Any new industry will need a few people with local cred to help smooth / move things a long! I have no idea if GG helped do this .. But the fact he’s still there suggests he has had some useful input … And a part from the Time scale neither do you! But don’t let any of this get in the way of you trying diss things again
The wind of change is coming! The years of slow or no activity or progress are behind Tlou! Moving from an exploration company only to power producer to is close.
Whatever Bots has to say this is a great achievement in its self. I don’t believe for one moment TG or any of the Sophisticated investors and especially the BOPF see this as an opportunity to lose cash in the mid to long term . They will have plenty more information available to them than ordinary PI’s and have shown they believe this opportunity offers good returns or why else would they commit relatively large sums of capital into this company. This together with the fact that board have put in their own cash over the years are a good indication of the future Prosperity going forward.
No business can be built without either dilution or debt it’s how you structure this that is important and how you manage the use of this capital that matters.
Time will tell how profitable it will be and whether it has been worthwhile for all the stakeholders. But I for one am looking forward to ride a head!
With the likelihood of the BPC not paying their PPA , the likelihood of civil war kicking off in country ... the gas being of poor quality a long with no further funding available ... i can't see this share price holding up anywhere near what it currently is.... Hang on a minute I'm not BOT'S..
For me, it's well undervalued currently and will up around or above the 5p mark with a good head wind when first gas and power is put into the grid!
Parson's = everything that is wrong with the AIM ...right there ...right now!!! IMHO
If you open a window bad smells usually disappear …..
The whole point of being on the stock market is funding..So how do you think they will get funding going private there aren't that many rich benefactor types willing to risk larges amounts of capital on a expensive cost base company with little or no sales... And especially one with no idea when sales will come.. If they did do private all the directors would have to go given their poor performance ..I would think!
Exciting times ahead? Yes well as long as you're not 'the donkey'
Clueless it may be time move on from Bots. Just filter him like everybody else has… he has nothing worth reading and is just here for his own amusement! As sad as that may sound!
Are salaries and fees still being paid .. if so what for? The ghost ship is still afloat……. just! Unbelievable Jeff!
The smell of gas is strong, the need for power is abundant and the desired to secede is powerful. The new horizon is close! Let’s go TG it time….
as we know the ******* donkey spends all his time trying to find ways to talk down tlou .. whether it be timescales , failing to understand how botswana works , how slow and corrupt botswana government officials are. lack of gas information , lack of information on the gas component’s( whether it will burn properly) lack of funding, whether there is actually any gas there at all … they won’t make any money selling to the bpc bla bla bla …the list is endless .. my question to him is what the **** is wrong with you and why have you made it your life’s work to waste all this time telling people who have never listened to anything you have had to say? and the most perverse thing is is you think your a cut above the average joe.. i hate to be the bearer of bad news you are not … no one with even the remotest ounce of intelligence would spend all the their time year after year spouting the same nonsense
I think donks totally got the name of the game wrong .. you don’t spend 10 years + and millions of dollars to set up an industry that will give Botswana a leg up the power supply export business .. and then sell yourself short in Terms of revenues .. why would you do that ! Tlou is a commercial business not a charity for the Botswana electricity benevolent fund ..FFS they need the power as much Tlou need to sell it .. All the government noise about small cost is a smoke screen to save face they will be paying more than the Donk would like to think .. as they have no choice . It’s either buy it in country or pay more from others countries as simple as that!
Donkey .. i didn't say you didn't understand ......i said that you felt that most on here didn't understand and therefore you have made it your life's work to spread that message...
Being as you think the font of all knowledge and everything Botswana people should and would have been gratefully for this info.. The fact that most if not all weren't / aren't, has been such a disappointment. This has meant you have become more obsessed as time has gone by............. and the closer they get to first revenues the less you can claim will fail...Is it not time to hang your keyboard up and go off and play bowls or whatever . .....spring just might have sprung and summer is on the way!
By the way Tidds or whatever his name was didn't influence me ...i was told about Tlou by someone who worked in the city and did the research myself and have invested accordingly ever since! and if it does fail the only person i can blame will be me!
Throughout all the years of Donkeys negative Donkeys . He has failed to understand that most if not all that have invested here are aware of :
A) The risks involved with investing in a start up
B) Investing on the AIM
C). Investing in a company trying to establish a new industry in an African country.
D) That dilution will be the name of the game until the company is establish and is producing
E) There will be many ups and downs to enjoy/ suffer
F) It could totally fail
The Aim is littered with failures ..but there are some indications that help along the way .. And for me Tlou has had a quite a few .. So here’s hoping !
Another of Parsons influenced businesses disappearing into a confetti trail of diluted shares and values…is there no end to his talents …IMHO
Bots it was 2b shares the other day .. where have the other 800m share gone .. still not sure why you feel the need to spout your negative rhetoric .. all that Tlou have or haven’t done is there to be seen by those that choose to look .. You remind me of an 80’s band Mental as anything .. were you the lead singer?
Brad I very much doubt if the entitlement shares will be offered to PI‘s .. it would be expensive to do that now! They may well be talking to some so called sophisticated investors ..
