Neither of them produce enough power to satisfy thier own markets SA still operates load shedding same as it has for decades.. as does Botswana . They both talk about producing more power .. through various schemes but nothing ever seems to come to fruition. .. But I know it makes BOT’s happy that Tlou are failing to get the project over the line so happy days for him .. as strange as that may seem

Here we have some Jonny come lately riding in as the grim reaper and delivering death by a thousand cuts ! GL was as dodgy as the rest of these so CEO’s on the AIM. Feathering his nest whilst double dealing behind the shareholders backs! Imho

You can now see why GL grabs his bonus when he did! This company wasn’t and definitely isn’t a going concern it’s seems now and has been kicking the can down the road for years

I’m really at a loss to see this is the best option. Considering what has gone before and the timescales involved! Who F is the new CEO and how does his strategy alines with the best outcome for the shareholders! Sound is /was an exploration company but now it’s a nothing company with no clear route other than paying inflated salaries to poor executives .. The AIM at its best ..always was and is definitely a lifestyle company at best or a dead duck going forward! A big lesson in what not to put your hard earned money into ..imho

This was the game plan from a long while back! GL bagging up the business .. then getting a sizeable bonus out of the company on top on a decent salary. Then bringing in the grim ripper to destroy any likelihood of a return for any shareholders. Typical lifestyle company . Only the directors and executives have made on this and the other deals. Very very poor show! IMHO

You can change the name but you can ‘t change the history or really hide from it! This company isn’t a company it acts as a charity .. living off it shareholders .. Run by failures masquerading as business men. But really they aren’t .. they are beget feeding of failure

What a shambles …new CEO is as poor as all the ones that have superseded him! Trying to trouser as much of shareholders cash for limited effort! He has done zilch since he arrived !

This company is beyond a joke! What are they up to other than kicking a can down! Which they have been doing this for at least 5 years of not longer! All that is happening is capital is being borrowed to pay executive salaries and directors fee’s and if you can believe it they have even awarded themselves bonuses too! If ever there was a lifestyle company this it. From the Irish guy through Parsons and then Denton or whatever his name was! All drawing excessive salaries while achieving nothing at all . Other than switching the focus to different sectors and regions .. Avoid at all costs …. All IMHO

Also TG exiting the country? as far as I’m aware TG is a citizen of Australia and resides there so not sure what you mean by exiting the country. And on that point how do you know whether or not he’s been back to Botswana since he stepped down. He is still available to the company as an adviser at the very least. And considering they have been examining the wells and the Geological formations around the well site then he quite possibly could have been in country for this!

Certainly not blinkered ….. clueless well that’s open to interpretation……..even if it does go pear shaped then I won’t spend the rest of my life crying about it!

Brad .. yes of course they need to get up and running.. and by the way it wasn’t custom issues it was global delivery issues .. and possibly the lack of containers that slowed the delivery of the generators down .. Kala need customers before they need to increase the capacity of the data centre .. Tlou need to supply gas .. solar is an obvious option but then without gas it’s only for 12 hours a day at best ! There’s also the supply and delivery issues every man and his dog is trying to to open up solar projects especially in Southern Africa.. For me gas flow is key not only for The data centre but also to get the PPA up and running..
