First Monday in May .. which is not always the 1st of May
Brad .. might be the ear infection .. it can have quite an effect on you! Some of it neurological
@ Brad this might be of interest to you..Maps the history of the old gas tanks in towns and cities

No one believes the very poorly delivered hot air CoreTV update. You can only get away with ballsh*t for so long before the chickens come home to roost! Neither Parson's or any of his sidekicks have achieved anything whilst being at the helm of any business on the AIM. They might have been OK in a bigger organisation where the decisions were made by people who knew what they were doing. Now left to their own devices they are all over the place clutching at straws.. Here's a thing if the Helium State side is such a great opportunity why is it that a basket case business from the UK is given the opportunity ...AIMHO
Once up and proven no government is not going want to be part of this industry .. with it’s opportunity to be a net exporter of power and receiving solid and consistent in country power supplies .. so it really don’t matter what the political land scape looks like .. IMHO
Bot’s you bang on about dilution and the cost of debt.. This is the reality of building a business/ new industry from the ground up. How would you propose they funded it .. there’s no easy money or even cheap capital based on the risk of failure.
Your financial naivety is beyond belief . The true value of this business will be proven on how much and how quick they can get this up to producing full capacity for the gas solar field and then developing the other fields pumping gas to Opara etc etc .. it’s the big picture that will bring in the big bucks …hopefully .. and yes it’s a capital intensive industry but also one that will have many years of good return once achieved ?
That's the last of the entitlement that are going to be placed. They must be getting debt finance for the rest that they need to get going! Might help the share price move up a bit now. First revenues are in sight probably up to 10mw ASAP and then some!
It really is all about The gas :::::: the more gas the more options open up ……. Unless your Bots when it all about anything other than success
Lets not forget that they consolidated the shares by 1 for every 100 and now the share price is now less than 1/2 the share price then! But still they draw excessive salaries for doing zilch!... this IMHO is shocking......
Bodes well for the future:
Tlou is confident that with the in-house knowledge gained from previous drilling efforts, extracting more and more gas out of the coal reservoir will become progressively simpler and more cost effective due to economies of scale.
A Lot of hot air ……..and no substance
Parson's has a very poor record in all the businesses he's been involved in.. I hardly think this one will be any different.. The proof of the pudding is in the eating,, And his are alway sour unless you are in his very close circle of miss fits .........IMHO
Another day another scatter gun approach to strategy! I would love to know what Graham Wood actually brought to the business in his time as NED . Hot air and helium are almost the same thing in my eyes ……… along with all the other past focuses this will probably come to nothing …as happens in most cases that Parson’s is involved in .. other than lining his own pockets .IMHO
Bot’s fancy quoting Tidd’s .. thought you said he was part of the big con and a huge ramper … or is that only when it suits you! Any new industry will need a few people with local cred to help smooth / move things a long! I have no idea if GG helped do this .. But the fact he’s still there suggests he has had some useful input … And a part from the Time scale neither do you! But don’t let any of this get in the way of you trying diss things again
The wind of change is coming! The years of slow or no activity or progress are behind Tlou! Moving from an exploration company only to power producer to is close.
Whatever Bots has to say this is a great achievement in its self. I don’t believe for one moment TG or any of the Sophisticated investors and especially the BOPF see this as an opportunity to lose cash in the mid to long term . They will have plenty more information available to them than ordinary PI’s and have shown they believe this opportunity offers good returns or why else would they commit relatively large sums of capital into this company. This together with the fact that board have put in their own cash over the years are a good indication of the future Prosperity going forward.
No business can be built without either dilution or debt it’s how you structure this that is important and how you manage the use of this capital that matters.
Time will tell how profitable it will be and whether it has been worthwhile for all the stakeholders. But I for one am looking forward to ride a head!
With the likelihood of the BPC not paying their PPA , the likelihood of civil war kicking off in country ... the gas being of poor quality a long with no further funding available ... i can't see this share price holding up anywhere near what it currently is.... Hang on a minute I'm not BOT'S..
For me, it's well undervalued currently and will up around or above the 5p mark with a good head wind when first gas and power is put into the grid!
Parson's = everything that is wrong with the AIM ...right there ...right now!!! IMHO
If you open a window bad smells usually disappear …..
The whole point of being on the stock market is funding..So how do you think they will get funding going private there aren't that many rich benefactor types willing to risk larges amounts of capital on a expensive cost base company with little or no sales... And especially one with no idea when sales will come.. If they did do private all the directors would have to go given their poor performance ..I would think!
Exciting times ahead? Yes well as long as you're not 'the donkey'
