Truth is for the company funding has been an issue since Covid. They’ve pretended that it was coming from with in country only for it never to come, and have relied on the Doc to front the business for all the time since. Then they announce the KLA deal as if this would fund the business to first proper revenues through the PPA.

Now we find out that KALA aren’t or don’t seem likely to fund infrastructure costs to get to the PPA up and running and beyond!

In over a year they don’t seem to have done anything about the major problem gas volumes from #4 and # 6. After saying that #6 was performing inline with expectations and went a head and re drilled #4 to the same structure as #6 … Niw they don’t even mention #6 in an up date and say that #4 is performing so poorly that it can’t even support 1mw of data power!

Who the f*ck is making these decisions and do they really know what they are doing …. What happened to TG looking at what has gone on then it’s highly likely he was pushed rather than step aside! Leave an accountant with no experience of running a gas exploration company let alone a power production company!

They have now employed a specialist geologist company to advise on what they have been doing wrong for the last 10years at least ... Why has it taken so long to come to the conclusion that they need help?.

Tlou’s annual reports are from June to June .. so you may be thinking of a interim report to 31st December

DN … especially as he has committed to buying £1.5m in an offer and converting his 1/2m loan into shares to …he’s definitely all in here ! And must see the future with Cristal clean vision ..nobody is mad enough to commit that type of capital on a punt …surely?

The Spread …..no surprise there given the state of play currently! For a company that has more value in scrap metal than it doesn’t in the business it is in. Very disappointing considering where I thought we would be by now

I do feel like the x.com announcements have totally exaggerated what Kala was offering to do. And without any other information being available it has given a totally false impression of where the company stands currently. Everyone has been guessing what this link up means .. but in truth it looks nothing like what was implied through the x.com pages , certainly in the short term anyway.

The update certainly creates more question than answers! Most of this stuff was in the last 2 updates .. The big question for me is what have they been up to over the last 12 months! How honest have Tlou been with their major shareholders and the lean towards solars isn’t a great Look for an exploration company.

Also not impressed with all that hogwash about being a new CBM basin.. and the issues of dewatering , they should have known this could be a problem …after all they were meant to be the experts!

Yes I think they need to come out with what is KLA actually offering . As you say the tweet suggests loans repaid through gas supply ! Nothing like this is mentioned in this up date .. they seem to have done nothing in the last year other than build the concrete pads for Kala and the gas supply pipe work. I will never understand wjy you would put all the infrastructure in place without solid gas results .. infact I still can’t believe they have .. its amateur is at best

Yep it’s like Groundhog Day but worse! WTF have they been doing this last 12 months other waiting for someone else to get on with something …

Kala only need as much gas as they have generators for so currently that be 2 generators that could produce a maximum of 2.74 mw …(hypothetically) … and assuming Tlou could supply that and more then the more would be used for the PPA if an when that gets up and running!

In the case that if Kala data price per kW falls below that of the PPA then Tlou would assume control of kala generators and transfer the power to the sub station ! Tlou would then pay Kala the value of the PPA Kw price .. I assume

I expect the donkey will scorn upon this guess work but that’s all it is … and I very much doubt if Tlou will discuss this with its shareholder anyway! They never give much away

PPA ..yes I told you back then when you were suggesting that Kala would …In their statement to shareholder Kala said they had an option to use the PPA if the kw price of data went below the PPA .. in all other circumstances Tlou would supply the PPA plus the gas to Kala
