I could find no information to say Botswana closes down for a month at Christmas. May be government officials and offices but not private businesses. It certainly doesn't in South Africa, so why in Botswana?

Yes it makes you wonder if they really believe the time lines they set out! It’s very poor show and in many ways is contemptuous and disrespectful to the shareholders.

Remember this share was 0.50p just after 100 to 1 share grab by the company! Now it's 0.005p haven't they done really well in the last 5 years! It's F unbelievable Jeff! The only thing that has been going on here is salaries and expenses or the so called Directors ... avoid at all costs IMHO

It’s all a matter of opinion unless you are part of the company and are in the know …which none of us are! The interesting thing is that even after all this time and set back after set back! None of the major shareholder from the start and throughout seem to have sold out …. And that’s says a lot.

Kala are a cash rich company with a clear strategy of harnessing distressed assets to enable cheaper power sources for which they are willing share profits and in the first place capital.

And all you read about Data centres tells you why ..one of the biggest costs and in many countries the biggest problem is the lack of resource that none can run without …that of power! And this will be a problem for all of the Data centres opening up in Southern Africa electricity is a semi scarce resource . And expensive to boot

Currently there are more important issues to deal with as Sri Lanka is currently in a national State of emergency due to a cyclone and subsequent flooding. But it has made me realise how difficult transporting stuff around is in 3rd world countries! And there total reliance on electricity as a power source. Also how the internet dominates there lives through the use of mobile phone. Even the poorest seem to have phones.. It was the same in South Africa when I was there a few years ago...So I can only imagine it's the same in Botswana in regards to all of the aforementioned.

I’ve not cast doubt but just highlighted where we currently stand{ Businesses can’t just sit around and hope ….they have to be proactive or the money just runs out and this has been 15 years with zero income!

I still think TG is heavily involved with Tlou but under the radar… for some reason .. and that’s why there has been no new CEO …Colm is his mouthpiece now!

Brad .. where do you get the idea Tlou is fully funded ! I very much doubt if that is the case ! Just think how much that would be … 10’s of million if not a few $100m and can’t get anyone to fund a few million currently! Kala may fund it to a point but that’s not truly full funded ! Unless things go exceptionally well on the Data front! But currently the gas coming out isn’t enough for 1or 2 mw of power

No consultant is going to wait 1 to 7 days for test results. When they can get the results in 90 mins.. They will not care about the so called cost! Speed with be of the essence... sales traction will follow..hopefully

If's, buts and May be's .. but because the share dilution is real ...so it's kind a irrelevant

I think the marketing pull factor will start to get a head of steam with both the stoke and hearing products once things start moving! No unit will want to fail their patience due to a relatively small cost! One deaf baby or one dead stroke patient is one to many!

With all due respect.. that’s all ancient history and currently we’ve got very little gas coming out of the ground .. no real working capital .. A load of cables strung up on poles through the desert connected to neither substation properly yet! A potential partner who has been unable to supply a generator yet!

A CEO who left under some sort of cloud a chairman who quit along with a general manager and 2 long term non executive directors . We have a Finance director doubling as an interim CEO and a major shareholder who has stepped in as Chairman .

Yes this could all turn round very quickly with a capital injection.. But currently we are all at sea and we don’t hear anything from the company whatsoever. About how we are going to move forward . They said on x.com that this link up with Kala was transformational .. So why are we where we are drifting along like a ghost ship in the Caribbean Sea!

I do remember the Donkey saying he’d first brought in the IPO …. @50c but that doesn’t mean that was his only purchase and he might have brought a serious amount on the back of Tidd’s positive rhetoric.. and this is why he is so bitter and has made it his life’s work to dis all things Tlou.

Another thing that doesn’t add up is, if he was fully aware of how bad Botswana was to do business and the negative attitude it has to foreign companies. … then why did he invest in the first place… ? After all he is a superior thinker and is surrounded by idiots …..But in truth is as dim as F..k and a deluded nutcase

I suspect there are, but they don’t get to court as they will be settle by the hospital before they get that far. If negligence is proven after an internal investigation!

I’m really glad I can’t see the copy and paste queen .. harping on about somebody that he thinks pulled the wool over his eyes .. and forced him to invest in Tlou. He has spent the last 10 years crying into his beer over his stupidity rather than blaming himself for his lack of research! Doncaster must be cold and depressing this time of year, with dark night cold, winds and snow .. whilst the blue skies and 31c here in Sri Lanka everything seems so much brighter

That’s just a can kicking exercise.. it’s been done may times before here! Wisen up to their games and don’t get caught up in a little share price rise .. because you’ll get locked in when it falls back ..IMHO not advice just an observation.. note the price is up without one trade

Unfortunately the people that make the decisions aren’t interested in what could happen .. They jobs worths hence where they work and it needs to go through numerous committees etc .. whilst in the meantime babies could have lost their hear .. it’s a sad indictment of a very slow and wasteful organisation

I guess one of the big questions is have KAKA handed over some loan money to either spend on getting gas flowing more affectively or to start the drilling program.. But you would think that is a must if this project is ever going to get properly off the ground .. if not why not? ..

Surely they aren’t as slow as Tlou and moving things forward! I’ve never known private funded companies spending so long doing nothing as has been the dase with Tlou .. So let’s hope they are proactive about the bigger picture
