Not that I'm giving advice here .. But i agree with Brad if theses do eventually increase in value then an ISA wrapper protects your gains from CGT ..which the way things are going in the UK could considerable (the tax not the share price). Obviously that would depends on how many shares you hold and increase in value that occurs .. if your holding is relatively small then it may not be worth the effort . I believe the current allowance is £3k per annum ..But who knows come Novembrers budget
