Pure speculation none of you know what DN is about or upto. He's a property guy isn't he, so he's a speculator? so his motivations could be for variety a of reasons

They must be willing to put Millions up front! if so exciting times ahead.

This is a unique and strategically aligned agreement in which Kala will finance the upfront

costs of gas development, including the drilling of new wells and the expansion of

generation capacity. In return, Kala receives:

• Entitlement to use Tlou’s gas to power its computational infrastructure

• A profit share arrangement, under which Tlou benefits from a share of Kala’s

compute-related revenues

• The ability to fall back to power sales via the PPA mechanism if compute revenue

temporarily drops below electricity market value — providing a natural downside

hedge

• A framework to collaborate on future infrastructure and commercialisa9on

opportunities

The agreement is designed with commercial flexibility in mind. If compute market conditions

deteriorate and the value of compute output falls below the PPA rate, we have the ability to

sell our power through the exis9ng PPA mechanism instead. This provides a natural hedge —

allowing us to preserve revenue and protect downside during periods of compute price

weakness.

Need to up their game they have been far to reliant of dilution of equity whilst paying themselves over the for abject failure in compensating the key product ..

If it’s all about solar why bother with CBM at all …solar could be beneficial..but CBM is the key to either a hybrid or CBM only power sources ..IMHO

By the way Brad .. I wasn't saying the share price shouldn't be higher ..i was giving you the reasons it isn't! If the flow rates were better so would the share price. It's fundamental to the success of the project ....everything else is pretty irrelevant! as without it you've just got a load of redundant metal in a desert

Most of the recent investors ...haven't a clue what's this business is about but are trying the AIM way.. Trying to catch a wave

Brad, the share price is where it is because of the lack of rates flow rates ( not yet commercial) . The Doc stopped funding the business in 2023 when other shareholders failed to take up the rights issue and possibly felt he could not afford to fund the risk alone, realising that debt funding was going to be difficult! Lack of working capital has held the progress back for some time and whilst Kala will help move things forward it's going to take a sizeable chunk of capital to get to 10wm let alone 25mw.

The big changes in the management hasn't helped either, with TG retirement and what looks like no exit plan in place. A chairman and 2 directors leaving almost at the same time, plus a long term general manager.

None of this builds confidence that everything is rosy and the lack of promotional work or at best very minimal amount has helped to keep Tlou under the radar....I and the share price in the doldrums ...iMHO

Brad...the reason may be it seems to good to be true.. Also, it's not clear what the data centre is going to be used for. Kala Data haven't or aren't shouting about it . They have only updated their share/stakeholders in March, nothing since. It's difficult to gauge what is going to happen over the next 6 months. Both Tlou and Kala have done very little to promote the start of a new era other than a the Tlou RNS and a tweet on X.

It's no wonder the share price hasn't moved up more positively.. You'd think after so many years of toil, Tlou would be shouting from the rooftops. And the fact they aren't is a little concerning, if I'm honest..

As for Kala Data, there is very limited information about them, what they have done in the past or there future plans. It's all a bit cloak and dagger? or is it just me. Certainly not the enough information to get new shareholder excited and buying in?

It's all to easy for the Board to cover their failings with massive dilution. The AIM market is littered with companies who have done the same! What if any of the other funding options did the company explore?.

Not sure they needed both the 64% discount and the warrants to get funds in ...But to me it seems they have thrown the baby out with the bathwater in order to get funds in. The warrants also cover funding in the future if things start to turn around and they are exercised .. But in a sense reward new shareholders at the expense of LTH. This is never a good thing along with the massive dilution, which definitely isn't

It's no wonder the board took part in the raise with reasonable investment .... if things pick up then they might well be a gift horse.... which was only open to the chosen few and that can't be right, for sure!

I’d imagine that 5 years is the minimum Kala require to achieve a good return on their investment ? It looks like it mutual piggybacking Kala get cheap gas and Tlou get the finance to move the project forward! Which has been stalling due to lack of capital.

I’m thinking that may be the requirements to get finance is that the project is up and running with a commercial gas flow.

I’d did notice that in the summary of Kala it’s solar and the CNG format, it says this could run on lower than commercial flow rates .. which I’m slightly concerned about as does that mean well 4 is unlikely to flow commercially or it’s that they would just leave well 4 as it is and concentrate on well 6 and new wells in respect getting things commercial….? If so, does that mean that getting electrons into grid is still some way off ?

Yes Kala can hedge to use the PPA in the unlikelihood that circumstances where the data unit value drops below that of the PPA . However that doesn’t mean they will be going all out on suppling of power for the PPA at anytime other than the above . Which suggests that that will be down to Tlou and of course it needs to do this to generate any real income. Because initially 25% of not a lot isn’t going to pay the bills , let alone pay for the expansion of th e project

I thought Kala were a data company not a power supplier. If you remember they said that they would use the PPA for their power if the Data unit price was below the PPA price. Not that they would be running the show. I think that will be left to Tlou after all that's the business they are in, With a little help with funding may be. It certainly not clear to me that Kala are interested in producing the power other than for its data project

Brad your order books are not much use as when the market opens .. someone usual offer to sell at a lower rate than you quote .. it only serves as a marker when the market is close .

Regarding independent advice on gas flow and drilling wells .. it was mention early in the year that they were looking into it ..But now they say they are currently using them .. so now is important and as I say who was making these decisions in the past and why now are they using out side help?

Regarding drilling and flow rates. They have now got in a independent company to advise them in the best way forward . Why wasn’t this done before? … Who in the company was advising them on these in the past?
