Not sure you would call the level of dilution playing a blinder! But they have funding now .. But this has been done many times before without the required results. The board have continually missjudge the requirements of the market in terms of timescale and volume of sales!

Let’s hope they use the funding wisely and achieve something more than jam tomorrow! Remember it wasn’t that long ago this share was worth 30p+ . With about 400m shares in circulation.. so it has fallen drastically due to the failings of the board on many levels ! It’s time for them to prove they do know what they are doing for the relatively excessive salaries

Trouble is it’s not clear to what extent these so called interest free loans will cover or even what amount! It would be good to get some detail on such. Because up to now nothing has been mentioned other than a board brush statement of “transformational partnership”! Well if it is , then surely they can put some numbers to it ? So everyone can see where this is heading! Rather than the guess game and opportunity for miss information to be passed around! It really can’t be that difficult to inform shareholders of the bigger picture! I think they owe it to us!

What experience does Mr Nugent have a of running a company like this. Uni g shares as a punt is one thing .. but buying the company well that a whole different ball game .. And in my opinion is utter nonsense .. if Gillian with his experience is making a pigs ear of it then .. No proper business would dilute their share value to such an extent ... it's quite obvious that there is really no sign of realterm sales in the offing. The discount shows how little value the directors have or faith in their products selling. up to 4 billion shares could be in circulation and that shows how poor this business has been run .. it was under 500k not long ago. Salaries are far to high for where the business is in its product life cycle ...No private business would be able to pay such......Shambles for all but the high salaried executives

The share price is this low due to the poor management.. They have forced the share price down and then have discounted it massively to get their salaries paid! This has nothing to do with giving existing shareholders the opportunity to benefit for this raise.. this is in fact worse that Riverfort shambles that drove the share price down in the first place . The FD needs to be gone for sure! And a new commercially minded CEO brought in .. not some pie in the sky scientific day dreamer!

Everything that is wrong with gambling on the AIM is highlighted here! High excessive salaries bad and to some extent dishonesty comms from the company . Poor understanding of the business they are in and what capital is required to get to BEP.

Lack of skin in the game by the director and massive dilution when all goes tits up ! Really need to get rid of most of the board .. as they have presided over a shambolic period and with no really sight of sales the future is bleak why would anyone put good money after bad.. IMHO

Are out of their depth. They have no real strategy to get the Break even point and have no idea when they will make any meaningful sales . They are exceptionally well paid for clueless want to be’s …

This share has gone from pre covid share price 29p with less than 200m shares in circulation… to 0.02 and 1.5 billion shares in circulation.. now does that look like a board that knows their onions! Not on your nelly but still they pick up their inflated salaries .. in a word it’s a total shambles
