I think it’s safe to say that approvals are the key to unlocking the PCR test sales thus increasing the share price .. The distribution agreements are in place with proven sales personnel to push this product, if required. The COVID spike bubble has pasted so a steady and realistic rise is more suited to this company and its management team.

Directors on the AIM are mostly from little cleats that go round each other’s companies ..not many have shown any signs of success. But still manage to get gigs.. strange world the AIM is ... that wouldn’t happening private ltd companies..

Yes the buys and sells recorded on this website have no real correlation to what’s happening in the market especially when the spread is tight..

Whizzer .. sometimes you need to move backwards to push onward. Let’s hope this is one of those occasions. The share price will build again once things start moving forward. I do agree that Tony needs to push things on. He’s dropped the ball for what-ever reason for a fairly long time and now needs to prove he’s the man of industrious action rather than just the thinking one.

Think Mr Budd has been honest about time frames and potential opportunities.. truth is it’s takes longer than people realise to get product out and disputed especially in the US, India this company is a good mid to long term investment .. but the get rich quick types will probably need to find another pipe dream it’s not that type of company . Buy , hold or sell is your choice .. imho I think for me it’s going to be worth while .. But still think he is over paid in relation to where the company stands at the moment he really needs to earn his bacon!

For me the fundamental question I am asking myself is .. have any of the current executives Ever been successful in developing a business as is required here .. if not then why would they be able to succeed here .l Given the financial constraints etc Also another question why were they brought in and by who and why would they want this gig? Is it a case of jobs for the boys ?

Why is there a executive chairman , Chief Executive office .. but no financial director .. seems a strange set up ...A bit top heavy on the strategy side of things . But nobody looking after the financials. The non. Executive include one guy who rights about other companies a sort of oil and gas opinion leader .... although I am not sure anyone believes his opinions on anything.. all rather strange if you ask me !

They have been refused the hydraulic stimulation before ..because they failed to do a EIA ... what don’t understand is why they didn’t do that as soon as took over it was obvious that it would be needed and the court reaffirmed it ..... it still could be refused even with the EIA If they don’t like what is says ... very up in the air hence today price action ... this share is not for the faint heart at all .

I am not trying to be negative just my view of how these things seem to play out.. AST has been badly management previously.. this is not the fault of the existing executives ... but their history doesn’t fill me with confidence either.. whilst pass performance is not a indication of future performance it can give a very good pointer in my view

I don’t really need to answer that! because that’s how the AIM works and I would be very surprised if these are any different! Look back at the history of them on other projects and then think to yourself did they offer value for money! a) to shareholder and b) to the business as a whole ...

I think your missing the a point here ...none of the executive management have achieve any real success in their AIM conquest.. looking at this at face value I can’t see AST being any different... lots of positive rhetoric but very little achieve other than high salary draws and the promise of future agains .... A leopard and all that !

The big numbers mentioned are to keep people from selling up .. this is a shell company in all but name .. no real income no real cash to move forward .. only cash to pay the executives excessive salaries Same as all JP other dog companies .. Cuba is a pipe dream as is the other muted business opportunities.. this will be back to 2-5 p within a few weeks .. then normal service will resume .. which is basically nothing.. the court process will take years too

I think they’ve said in the past that flow rates are increasing as water recedes .. but will need more wells to achieve commercial flow rates.. this by all accounts is good thing as the larger the amount water is usually a good indication of a large amounts of gas and a usually a good flow rate .. so I guess they don’t refer the need to state it again

I am a long term holder 2016 here and have always looked at this as a 10 year project in terms of my investment ..whilst I understand that Tony only wants to say what Tony wants us to hear .. but it’s so see through .. he’d be better of getting on with the real business end rather than that ‘
