If you see that way Whizzer fair enough .. but my point was and still is that for months if not years you have dug Mr Smith out for his off topic ramblings.. But once you decide you like the off topic subject ..then it becomes excitable to continue with these comm’s .. Can someone explain. How executives in a business with little or no income can command salaries in excess of £130k each for part time rolls! That’s more or less what the prime minister earns PA for a full time job running the country …. So why are they paid so much ? It certainly not based on performance that’s for sure ……..imho

For me it’s not the RD side of the business that needs to change. But how these offerings are commercialised. The whole BOD looks very weak on understanding the complexity:’s of getting these to market. Budd for all his so called expertise has failed on this front for at least the last 18 months or more and probably for a long time before.. Hence him ending up at GDR form a real company with real sales and marketing operations. Bottomline is income is key without this there will be no business……

Mr Budd has always talked up the sales opportunities…but has delivered nothing ……he has been paid exceptionally well for failing to achieve income other than through dilution . He either comes out with a solid way forward on the sales (thus) income front or he walks …surely….He is like a cowboy builder offers the world but delivers …..Nothing

MR Budd makes Boris look like an organised and strategically driven Thatcher esque Leader .........But we all know he truth

Yeah and he has a history of bringing the wrong people..... if you look at his track record at sound.... IMHO

MR Wood was on the payroll at Sound Energy (allegedly) make of that what you will. But if you look back over his blog for a number of years you'll will see his recommendations at the time ... Sounds share price went from 70p down to under 2p where it is still languishing now ...........

so it was somebody quietly either redistributing their stock or the market makers collecting unwanted shares for a big buy action.. either way i think it can only be seen as a positive .. IMHO

I agree whizzer how can that be.... it should have moved one way or another surely!

As i have said before look at the history of the executives and see if any have been successful in delivering any true and long term valve to any of the the business they are involved now or in the past. Then look at their renumeration packages and how much skin they have invested in any of those business.. I think you will then see a pattern clearly emerging...IMHO of course

I get that...... but the facts are there for all to see ..its about time the FSA looked into these types of character and their history of failure.....I certainly wouldn't have invested in this company if the usual suspects were involved then ...unfortunately their predecessors were cut from the same cloth
