Sound Energy has moved from a dead duck after Parsons left to something with a little bit potential going forward. May be he needs to leave here and let somebody who is more interested in developing a business rather than just picking up a salary . But of course that will never happen .. IMHO .............WHY ? answers on a postcard

There must be reasons for the slow rollout .. I really don’t think TG actions in terms of salary reductions and his own investment suggest this is a life style company . iMHO

But if stars were to align and everything where to fall in place! What do people think the realistic long term share price could be achieve? . Obviously this will depends I guess on how far TG is willing to take the business before handing over the batten and how much further dilution there will be in the process,

Hopefully this will open up some Opportunities to sell into large corporate’s who won’t want all their staff coming down with covid due to lack of testing. Quick turnaround of test results will be key to keeping the wheels of commerce going . But they really need UK approval first. Although Boris would like to claim Covid is all but done in the UK …… I don’t believe that for one moment . A new more potent variant is all it needs and off we go again. Boris is a liability as far as I can see,

Current boards share price performance since they took over:
Initially shares 1 for every 100 for LTH
Then rebased @ 5p this has then fallen around 3p
2 years on NO progress at all, nothing realistic on the Horizon
The only thing a that has moved forward is the size of the board.
This is definitely a life style company ..IMHO

As long as the boards salaries are paid nothing else seems to matter. It’s a shocking state of affairs. The drain will continue until there’s no more ….and then what ?

Very disappointing response to the the plan going forward. Any thoughts on why it has been so muted? It was always going to take this long from where we are now … so I guess there’s no rush to buy in and for those already in it’s just a holding game for them. On the positive note at least there’s a plan at last! Any thoughts on what might get the share price rising ? A proper positive gas pressure update date with figures? . Maybe !!

How do they get away with it?

Truth is there must be a plan or else why would they have been given the finance at such a favourable rate.. There’s no way the Botswana pension company would loan against a lot of hearsay and speculative Business opportunities .. surely ?

MR Budd should remember.. the share price is important to a Public Limited Company. Without investors they would have not cash to develop these products .. That’s the reason they are on the AIM cash to run the business .. No private company would pay any executive these sort of salaries without sales it would be financial suicide .. Yes they might pay big bonuses on the back of big sales.. Let’s hope he and his sales force are making headway with this ! and he is finally eating his pay packet!!

Time to lay their cards on the table … What’s the plan and what are the timelines to do said plan! The share price is where it is ‘FOR ‘ a reason. Lack of comm’s and lack of a plan going forward. We have been waiting an age for the PPA and funding, we have raised funds for part of the poles and wires . But nothing seems to be moving …WHY? surely it’s time FFS

Zoggz........... its very easy to spout chapter and verse over the phone. Talk is cheap!!! Actions speaks a lot louder than words and there's been precious little of that in nearly 24 months. That's with 2 Exc's drawing around £300k per annum between them.. Its a shocking display of corporate inertia and is consistent with what these guys have done in the past it seems. IMHO

What does make me laugh is they not only doing it at this company .. it’s more the same at previous and the ones they are currently involved with! They think they are beyond reproach for their failings. but for getting the Salaries they are claiming .. on a professional level what satisfaction do they get from performing in this way .. surely there would much more satisfaction in delivering a great business.. But I have sneaky feeling that’s well beyond their capability’s.. so that’s why we are where we are… IMHO
