Don"t flatter yourself Bots i was just highlighting how flawed your argument is regarding the ability to pay .. Do you really think a company would invest blind upwards of a Billion $ without some kind of due diligence on how they are guaranteed to be paid.

But then again you are far wiser than anyone running a business willing to invest that kind of cash in a basket case country like Botswana

The buying ratio to sells should mean the price should be rising .. unless there is a big seller in the back ground! It all very strange type AIM nonsense.. if you ask me

Why is the company not saying it was oversubscribed .. if it was and why are they claiming all requested were for filled in full ? Also it seems some where but other weren’t so not a level playing field.. WHY ?

Here’s what I got back from IG when queried it

Please be informed that upon checking with our corporate actions team regarding the oversubscription being booked for 7926 shares not the entire 20K shares.

20000*39.63055101%= 7926 shares.

The advised that there was an scale back event at 39.63055101% by custodian. If the offer is scaled back, allocation of shares

they will amalgamate when they can be ****d to do it .. ig did it yesterday

You really can’t trust these companies on the AIM .. so why would they not take all the cash on offer from the open offer it’s available .. according to IG you only got 39% of the additional shares you asked for .. that suggest its was well over subscribed .. but in their announcement they said they didn’t reach the maximum amount .. Why and wTF is going on .. then you have Peel accumulating shares after the offer has closed .. it’s all very suspicious

IG are saying the open offer was scaled back due to over subscription. Has anyone else found this ?

I find it hard to be believe Parson’s has something to offer the business so has been retained to work as an adviser. He done nothing in the last 3 years to suggest he has some special skills that the business requires. It looks to me like he has removed himself from the firing line. Whilst still being able pick up fees for doing zilch…. The gravy train continues ….. unbelievable Jeff ….IMHO

Thought BPC were broke how are they going to pay for 600mw of power .. ? If they can’t pay Tlou for there under a 100 mw ? That’s a serious amount of cash to on a monthly basis … not the sort of cash you find down the back of the sofa .. or is it?

Didn't underwrite it so why should they buy shares other than to make a profit.. Also they are GDR advisers so I hardly think they will be encouraging a hostile bid ..by buying shares for the aggressor

If there was a takeover bid or a route to going private don’t you think that would have done when the company was running out of cash. Tbey wouldn’t have waited till the business had a positive balance of capital for at least 10 months

All the share prices that have gone before are totally irrelevant due to the massive dilution that has gone on over the last year. This business will only move forward on proper sales traction . The burn rate means they have approximately 10 months to turn things around! Whilst the product might be good and of need to most health services of the world that doesn’t guarantee sales… so the jury is really out and time is ticking … Cheek needs to get on his A game out side the UK where buying cycles might be quicker

Bot’s I have never had any interest in Botswana or its politics. I’m only interested in Tlou and its opportunity to discover gas and then sell this gas in the most profitable way possible! I’ve spend a lot of time in SA and no how difficult they find it to supply their country with enough electricity .. once Tlou are into the grid may be they will be able to sell to SA to help with their problems.. only time will tell

It’s really not clear what type of business AST is these days . In last 3-4 year they haven’t done anything ..but suggest this and that without actually doing anything .. very much a Parsons type of mantra. he also brought in his usual suspects from His members club of directors whom did F all but pick up monthly fee’s I have no idea what or how AST moves forward from here .. But it can’t any worse than the last regime than has gone before! But can’t see anything much happening her as long as Dennans is still involved …IMHO

I expect the finance isn’t straightforward..hence it may take longer than you hoped ….whizzer
