Brad …The Doc state at the last funding attempt.. he would prefer debt funding and wouldn’t take part in the rights issue.. that’s was stated in once the companies end’s if I remember rightly

For me it just shows what the likes of Parsons are about. Failed in his role as executive chairman.. So then goes under ground to still claim his salary/ fees and thinks shareholder don’t see his game! What exactly are his skills that require him to be an advisor.. because from sit all I can only see failure from here …IMHo

They possibly held back from the promotional stuff for fear of spooking the due diligence process ..or may be they just think it will fly once they are producing .. but I do believe TG is a wiser businessman than to leave things to chance.. Also it adds pressure on the Botswana. Government to help as the loan is from in country!

There is so much clueless nonsense written on this board .. why bother ! Nothing said on these board influence anything .. other than reassuring like minded people who haven’t done there research and are just punting in hope, rather than with solid belief in the fundamentals of the company

Tlou must have some promotional plan rin place. And ready to go when they get near to lift off .. or do they think it will just grow organically when the wipers start ..

Could it be that the finishing of the sub stations is a “just in time” .. not due to slow progress .. I can’t see the benefit for a company building it slowing down progress as they will want payment ASAP .. that usually how business works.. Funds may be a little tight until or if they get debt funding.. let’s hope once the 2mw is up and running they speed up the roll out .. or even the youngest of us may be in a care home before they produce meaning full income

I think they would rather the share price rises on solid progress rather than spike on hype … May be they have learnt from previous announcements ?

All seems to be going to plan, just need the debt facility to get this over the the first of many lines…..hopefully.. I’m still very surprised how quiet they are on the promotional front! All things considered!

I find it incomprehensible as to why there is such radio silence. its been over a decade to get to this point. And to be so close BUT there is much up in the air it’s ridiculous. The share price reflects this … very poor comm’s as usual …….and very poor investor relations too

For some reason it’s a game of second guessing .. As you say Whizzer the pension fund definitely wouldn’t have invest the extra amount they did without solid good info.. well of course I.m second guess but I’m sure this must be true … or else they would be throwing good money after bad!

The guy has never achieved anything in the terms of business success.. And definitely not for shareholders …But has done very well personally with excessive salaries and disproportionate share option benefits. In fact his strategies has destroyed share prices over the time he has been in charge.. to such an extent he now hides as a consultant not to draw attention to himself.. IMHO
