Here the thing Bot’s if you had a balance view of all things Tlou . You might a get your point across better. However your desire to drag Tlou it’s management , strategy it’s offering in fact all things Tlou down with every post means . You really don’t have an interest in the success of the business .. but would prefer that it crashed and burn.. Not quite sure why? but must have something to do with losing money along with face in amongst your high net-worth. Botswana’s why else would you spend so long and so much time on it ?

Every countries finances have been stretched over the last decade or so .. but that doesn’t mean they don’t pay for services rendered … where has your knowledge come from that other businesses are either being squeezed or not being paid at All .

Nearly all the trades so far this morning have been buys ....... the price should have gonr up a bit surely .. i will never understand how and when the price moves on AIM

I think the reason they offered such a large discount was that they were worried that without this they wouldn't have got the rquired take up. Giving such a discount almost forced LTH into taking up the offer and then some to bring down their averages in the hope of turning a profit and not being exposed to the likelihood of large loses if they didn't. This in my opinion was a good move for all as it got them away from the death spiral finance agreement that was killing LTH anyway.

They won't be able to go back to the market without a major up turn in both sales and the share price. Management's performance and strategic awareness has been very poor to date this needs to change along with better comms to shareholder. Its all well and good getting intermediaries for sales ..but useless if they don't sell anything. Time will tell ..but it's very much the last chnace saloon as an AIM company IMHO

They don’t need any government input to et to first power they have all they need from the government now ! They will have to deal the a new goverment if that’s what happens when and if it happens .. I sure no government is going to turn their back on such an important project .. unless it’s run by you Bots .. but I think that would be difficult from a bedroom in Bradford ….even for you

I think Bots is forgetting that if Botswana don’t pay their bills. Especially to a foreign company who have invested millions in a project that will ultimately benefit their country . What message does this send out to other potential foreign investment .. that the country is a bad payer and should be avoided … not the look they would want to promote surely !

This company now are in the last chance saloon. They have the funding they asked for ( all ube it , the minimum) it’s the director fault the share price fell to such a low share price ( Riverfort death spiral finance). This has meant the dilution has been massively more than it really needed to be! But still LTH have backed them ( ok many have used this to average down) they really need to deliver sales from not just the Uk but also round the world. If they don’t they only have 10 months of working capital at the current burn rate ! Over to you Mr Cheek don’’t F it up they Budd the Dudd did! They won’t be another reprieve …that’s for sure !!!!

I’m not losing my cool I just get sick people with very limited knowledge .. putting about totally irrelevant comments .. investing is a very individual process and will be made up of a set of individual criteria and goals .. the only common goal will be to profit from that investment .. whether you take up the open offer it very much personal decision.. which certainly doesn’t require advice from ………….

The reason the company discounted by such a large percentage is because they feared they would not get the up take they need. And by their own admission they would find it difficult to get funding by other means.

From a shareholder perspective they have destroyed the share value and have diluted massively so have been hit twice . Whilst the executives have not sacrificed any salary in the pursuit of financial security.

On the up side the business will be e funded for at least 12 months.

But there’s a huge question mark as to when they will reach breakeven point with sales income let alone make a profit.

They have made predictions of potential sales in both the Uk and Europe but haven’t put timescales .

So anyone buying in will be blind to the likelihood of true success . Cheek has already shown he can’t be trusted just as Budd couldn’t be either ….time will tell…. I guess….. IMHO
