You can see how little vested interest the director have had with the share price. Firstly the destroy the share price with the death spiral finance. Then once this has dragged the share price down to almost record lows they then do a placement which offers a discount of over 50%. Neither of these action show they are aligned with the widder shareholder. For them its about maintaining their what consider to be excessive salaries, considering the shamble of sales that has been apparent for a number of years! Looking at how little they have committed to in the placement this will carry on

I don't know one well run business that would be so far down the road of lacking working capital. That they have had to try 3 different ways to get funding. Here's the thing all these well paid so called executives have had 15 months to sort out a way to get in working capital in . Firstly they went to the lender of last resort who have decimated the share price . Then when the share price is on its knees they discount it by over 50% and more or less beg .....Does anyone really have any confidence these buffoons

Is that how bad things have got … shows they have no confidence that PI’s would invest unless it’s at a huge discount

Personally I have not seen anything from over the last few years to make me think that this company offers an opportunity to make money! It’s looking more and more like a life style company .. run by buffoons who have failed to understand the business they are in and what finance it would take to get it to breakend point .. Poss poor management IMHO

Neither had/ have a viable way to fund the business in the snort to mid term .. let’s see how many shares the main directors buy in .. if it’s none or not many then that’s a true indication of how serious they are about getting the business up and running in the right direction. To jog on with such a high burn rate and no income is poor management as far as I’m concerned

The thing is Bots you think the Government have all the power ! Well they might do if there was a surplus of power in the country ..But there isn’t And they are having to buy power at a premium from out side the country ..so who’s to say that Tlou haven’t been offered a decent price which is cheaper than the imported price .. that Makes sense to me .. it’s a win win ? But may not suit your overall negative view

I really find it strange that Bots think that because the Botswana government subsidises power prices that they don’t pay full price to the power suppliers .. Can you imagine BP selling its oil and gas cheap to the British Government just because they are subsidising it .. no didn’t think so … it will all become apparent when the power final get put into the grid . TG isn’t the type to sell at a loss that’s for sure! You don’t build a business by sellling yourself short especially not after all that has gone before!

No one believes the very poorly delivered hot air CoreTV update. You can only get away with ballsh*t for so long before the chickens come home to roost! Neither Parson's or any of his sidekicks have achieved anything whilst being at the helm of any business on the AIM. They might have been OK in a bigger organisation where the decisions were made by people who knew what they were doing. Now left to their own devices they are all over the place clutching at straws.. Here's a thing if the Helium State side is such a great opportunity why is it that a basket case business from the UK is given the opportunity ...AIMHO

Once up and proven no government is not going want to be part of this industry .. with it’s opportunity to be a net exporter of power and receiving solid and consistent in country power supplies .. so it really don’t matter what the political land scape looks like .. IMHO

Bot’s you bang on about dilution and the cost of debt.. This is the reality of building a business/ new industry from the ground up. How would you propose they funded it .. there’s no easy money or even cheap capital based on the risk of failure.

Your financial naivety is beyond belief . The true value of this business will be proven on how much and how quick they can get this up to producing full capacity for the gas solar field and then developing the other fields pumping gas to Opara etc etc .. it’s the big picture that will bring in the big bucks …hopefully .. and yes it’s a capital intensive industry but also one that will have many years of good return once achieved ?

That's the last of the entitlement that are going to be placed. They must be getting debt finance for the rest that they need to get going! Might help the share price move up a bit now. First revenues are in sight probably up to 10mw ASAP and then some!

Lets not forget that they consolidated the shares by 1 for every 100 and now the share price is now less than 1/2 the share price then! But still they draw excessive salaries for doing zilch!... this IMHO is shocking......

Parson's has a very poor record in all the businesses he's been involved in.. I hardly think this one will be any different.. The proof of the pudding is in the eating,, And his are alway sour unless you are in his very close circle of miss fits .........IMHO

Another day another scatter gun approach to strategy! I would love to know what Graham Wood actually brought to the business in his time as NED . Hot air and helium are almost the same thing in my eyes ……… along with all the other past focuses this will probably come to nothing …as happens in most cases that Parson’s is involved in .. other than lining his own pockets .IMHO
