Basil. I don’t think that’s how you value a business ..based on what the chairman has sold other companies in the past for. It’s a lot more scientific than that! With that analysis you should be working for the government in its going for growth department

The intriguing thing about the whole project is once the infrastructure is in place, then cost of goods will be marginal. Although they will have to drill more wells and maintain the infrastructure this project will be able to produce power for over 30 years. The need for power will only increase over this time as the region adapts to the consistent and regular supplies of power. Which it has never had! Meaning industry will have more confidence that they can expand their offerings and may be even export regionally or even globally.

Most countries in Africa have Ben held back by lack of power both for private customers and business. I can see CBM power changing the face of the economy over time and along with solar could be the making of the region.

What’s not to like, I’ve never understood why the incumbent Government has never bent over backwards to enable this industry to move quickly and smoothly to ward fruition. It can only be corruption that has slowed this down! IMHO

It’s an old trick to lull people into thinking the current share price offers good value! This of course is only true if the share rises in a sustainable manor! History and lack of progress on any of the so called plays has turned this company into a farce! Bit of background.. firstly shares were exchange 1 for every hundred . Share price was then repositioned at 5p ( this enable dilution to be done Willy nilly.. The share price has fallen over the last 4 years to its current low levels. No progress as been made anywhere . Yet the board has had a large number of directors a CEO and an Executive Chairman .. all on excessive salaries or fee’s … now the ex chairman.. is now retained as a consultant… But nothing has changed and no real progress has been made .. This company is a total nonsense and A Farce … IMHO DYOR and history will show you what is going on here .. in a word Lifestyle springs to mind… BBW and hold on to your cash ..IMHO too

That is a FANTASY decocument .....Nothing will change and history will repeat itself over the next 12 months....Look at the history of the main protagonist's ( not a play but a farce)...IMHO

They are using dilution to pay them their money ( for doing nothing) and are coming up with this and that fantasy scheme to try and cover their tracks a little..Think about how many different sectors have they said they are going to get into.. But then it all go quite until they need a but more dilution ..then the hot air starts again

Trading will be a bit more of a pain on ASX .. But I for one am glad to get away from the AIM for many reason …But mostly the negativity that surrounds that whole market. The AIM feels like it’s made for cads and snake oil salesmen sprinkle with a few proper companies

I thought they were currently importing power from Zambia to cover their short fall ..So how they think they can turn that around quickly. Hmm unless they give the likes of Tlou help with finance etc and push the project forward at speed! Food for thought and could be perfect timing for TG and Tlou to get around the Table and discuss options…Queue Bot’s and his cold water treatment!

Parson built on a thin vale of truth ..without foundations, create hype by stretch the truth to max ..spent capital without adding any value .. milked the company with excessive salaries and options …… then failed on all levels as he has done at every company he has been involved in .. imho ….. but don’t let that get in the way of a very strange Bromance …as they say love is blind
