Regarding selling through the grid how do you know this has not been agreed as part of the deal to handover the posts and wires to BPC free of charge? Obviously there isn't a company as they are still importing power from other countries... So are buying all in country power available ..one would think! This statement states that this a share swap so I see no reason why these share shouldn't stay within the your ISA Wrapper. I can't see reason why they have to come out and then be re-entered at a cost to each shareholder, losing previously accumulated ISA positions

I think Free is talking about a more current issue for all LTH. Than your twisted and retrograde topic .. The company have made what they think is of best view and see this as the best benefit for the company. Reading around the topic the AIM isn’t the market it once’s was for start ups and small caps to gain financial backing.

But I see the ASX better regulated and may be less volatile.. There is the issue of FX fluctuations ..But IG who I trade with make the whole process painless and seamless..

I was under the impression it’s an exchange of AIM shares for the same shares from the ASX . therefore they are technically they are the same shares.. so should kept in the ISA Wrapper . It not like they are new shares .. so should have to be transferred out then brought back in at our cost.. A s that is a nonsense . If you have rights issue in the ISA they are kept in the ISA wrapper .. The is no money changing hand so therefore they are the same shares irrespective what exchange they from ..surely

Brad i don't believe Donks rhetoric at all . And can't believe anyone would be silly enough to build all the instructure stuff ..unless they were absolutely sure it was going to be usefully. However not addressing the dewatering and gas flow issues earlier has kinda held up progress due to lack of funding. I have every faith that TG and the Good Doctor wouldn't be putting hard earned coinage if this was a dead duck

Yes is quite obvious that the pump, coals and dewater are a major problem.And looking at it, it’s has cause the finance deal to be put on hold.. I’m very surprised they have let this drag on with addressing the Elephant in the room .. As us small time investors have been saying they need to release the data for the wells.. as without good flows all the rest is redundant and I really hope they know the problem at how to fix it
