Tkevin ....Not sure you can say that with any confidence ...every company will be different and will depend on the type of business.. Life style companies with no products or markets for their wares my be. Gas and oil exploration companies and mining may be ... But i find it hard to believe GDR directors would be stupid enough

ASX seem very volatile on relatively low volumes .. dropped 20% on under £2700 AUD worth of trades 214 k shares traded..

IG trading functionality is good and efficient...it just the back office and corporate actions which pants.

When you consider that these shares should be available to trade when the market is open and we are now 2 months or more down the line and no up date from them at all.Ands if we didn't contact them they wouldn't have communicated anything at all. Which in my opinion is terrible service after all we have to pay fees if you don't trade 3 or more trades in a given 1/4

The company this guy is CEO of is on the main LSE market and is in the same type of business as Tlou. So if he feels that the main market is being treated badly in terms of value , access to funds extra …then the AIM must be 10 times worse. I think it undernlines why Tlou decided to exit the UK AIM market ….. ..just wish the shares could have been transferred in an orderly fashion.. But after hearing the II have transferred their shares without much delay .. it does seem IG are failing their clients and making the process an unnecessarily protracted operation

I’ve got a feeling the blame is laid firmly in the hands of IG .. they have been very inconsistent with their responses and it’s never the same department that responds let the same person .. which doesn’t install much confidence.. in what is going on

I agree it makes no sense as to why they aren’t pushing a head now at speed! Why wouldn’t you want to this over the line and to the next stage, after all that’s why this company was set up … the share transfer is taking an eternity …60days and counting and no real sign of a completion date! This to me is very poor …irrespective of who’s fault it is…is doesn’t shine a good light on TG or the company ..AIM shareholders have been patient for many years … the speed that everything is done here is unbelievable slow..why?

I’ll give you it’s taking an eternity to get the first electrons to buzz.. I can only think it’s a funding issue or why else .. it makes no sense .. they need revenues to move forward and expand capacity .. they need funds to get this going.. it’s the classic chicken and the hen ..

Whilst i haven"t a clue how that would be done.....I'D like to think that that has been thought of BOTS after all the whole point is the start small and expand ..so it shouldn't be a problem ...one would hope

Yeah and that tells you all you need to know! It doesn’t go without notice who was or is behind a lot of these types of companies .. Fancy presentation, changing from one focus to another without actually really focusing on the last one .. high fees or salaries for directors / executives..share claw backs (1500-1 for example) then more delusion without ever achieving much if anything ! ..imho

Intuitional investors won’t get involved at this share price and it’s to early in the product life cycle from them to invest as the risk is to high ..so nothing unusual there ..IMHO

If the directors are doing their jobs properly.. they won’t have their eye on the short .. (other than cash flow) But will be build a sustainable and successful business for the future..The share price something they think will benefit as the business gains traction.. all this daily chatter about share price movements is just that this chatter .. This type of business is a long term investment .. with the odd spike when something favourable is released .. then the usual fall back as the impatient get a out

The business is a folly .. and only a few failing directors benefit .. Think of it like how drug dealers operate when they cuckooing in a vulnerable house .. this what’s happening here .. and the directorships are being hand out amongst a few .. to drag the cash out of a ghost ship .. it won’t end until there’s no more £ then they will all disappear… IMHO

I actually got into Tlou a long time before I looked at message boards .. A friend of mine works in banking and mention Tlou as a company he had Been in discussion about finance .. and said their proposition looked interesting . Which was when I started to research them ..TG etc.. the rest is history

Bots.. the only person you can blame for your loses you more than likely have is yourself .. No one forced you to put your cash in .. if you feel deceived then that your fault for not seeing the bigger picture ..Your gripe with MM wouldn’t matter if you weren’t persuaded By him .. it’s highl y unlikely that anyone .. but a fool would make any decision based on the stuff put on all of these bulletin boards .they are filled with utter nonsense and very badly reached nonsense .

Brad .. CREDT refers to the UK thus AIM shares — I’m not aware of what the ASX requirement are .. but it looks like from what you’ve said we will be the registered once the transfer has been actioned
