Brad that’s not the point ..IG have miss informed us of the reasons for being unable to keep the ASX shares within the ISA wrapper.

Claiming this is against HMRC rules which it is clearly not . I raised this issue with them last Saturday and I’m still awaiting a response .. if it’s an internal issue they should have said that at the time… but it hide behind HMRC rules is obviously a barefaced lie .. I have followed up last Saturdays with this topic again.. let’s see if they responded as I won’t let it drop until I get a valid explanation..

This deal seems to changed their rhetoric towards moving forward . The elephant in the room has always been if funds are available or words to that effect. Now they are full fund for what suggest is up to the 10mw production PPA as well as the data facility ( I could be wrong of course ) … Then with 2 income streams the likelihood of getting funding to push on from there will be Forthcoming … one would have thought .

The question I’ve been asking myself for quite sometime is? …..if the gas and dewatering are real problem ..then why have they gone a head with all that infrastructure development? And now I’m asking myself if the gas and dewatering is still a problem then why would the DATA company sign a deal costing $m aud, possibly 10’s of $m aud? .

And the only answer I can come up with is no it can’t be a problem . All small start ups are very cloak and dagger about information and us PI’s have to pick the bones out of the information available

These latest developments got me thinking about the delisting from the AIM and the speed in which this was done. And I now think that they Were trying to get the upheaval out of the way and get the share price stable again before these announcements .

Unfortunately IG very poor execution of the flip has scupper any chance of the share price stabilising in the short term.

But my general view for what is worth is that Tlou are now on course to produce power in 2025 .. which has changed from how are they going to get to producing power in 2025.. and as they it’s transformational …..all IMHO of course

I'm not blaming you Brad ...it's one of those things... BUt in a few days the share price has halved... actually it was 0.10 right up to the last trade or so . then a small trade at the close of under a 100k shares took it down to the 0.08

Brad you celebrating your extra share gain has been at the detriment of the companies wellbeing .. definitely in the short term .. The wider market will have noted the dramatic fall and will be given it a wide berth .. definitely for now .. to many have been burnt in the past to tread back in when the selling stops !!!

I’m sure their adviser if they didn’t… now understand the heavy selling and the reasons .. I don’t think the share price will recover for some months as this project has had so many false dawns .. also some might fund the ISA with their own cash and wait for the price to recover before selling into that rise

Down 2/3 since. AIM announcement .. A buying opportunity? Considering the latest partnership announcement's? How much of this is down to IG and its poor handling of the swop?

Crashing the share price in the bargain … another piece of short sightedness on the company’s behalf .. Assuming the were aware of the ISA issue .. That said that could just be holders using the IG platform ..

Can only benefit the long term roll out ..there isn’t going to be this massive uptake in one hit. but more an ad hoc uptake as the test build credibility amongst opinion leaders (consultants) and individual trust buy into the benefits of POC to patient care and in some cases preserving life in the most extreme cases!

As they say Rome wasn’t built in a day ..but built one step at a time on solid footings

I’ve alway’s moaned about time lines and missing of them .. but have cut them some slack for it being in Africa .. plus the other covid stuff to .. TG credibility will be at question now if they don’t get both projects going in the next 6 months .. the market is very down beat whenever they put out a positive RNS … also funding has become an issue due to the timescale of the project!

On a positive note I think the 2 new board members will add something .. I know the Doctor has been involved a lot as the major shareholder .. but it will be interesting to see what value he can adds as chairman

Solomon is (was)general council at Tlou so the legal adviser, so would have had a lot to do with AIM delisting ..so i'm not impressed with his work in that respect.

They are containers that bolt together so they can be shipped in ready to go.. so who knows but .. it would be ridiculous if they weren’t up and running in a few months .. especially for Tg credibility

This gives some idea of the benefit to Tlou if they build a decent size data centre so it’s not small fry money involved:

but it’s difficult to get a clear picture about profitability .. but the market is growing rapidly as everything is becoming more reliant on this going forward .

This seem to me to be a really good alternative use of the gas at zero cost up front to Tlou
