I note that Botswana are currently paying P4.65 per kWh (~US$0.34) to import power. This is likely to go up rather than down using basic supply and demand rules. With current demand rising and lack of supply across southern africa.

Here’s the thing .i’m really not interested in your views you obviously.. you made a very poor decision to buy into Tlou .. knowing all you know about Botswana and how bankrupt it is long BPC and how impossible it is to do business their .. TG sees it differently along with the Guys over at Botala .. but of course they know nothing compared with the Guy from Darlington who reads the Botswana press on-line .. And has the ear of a barber in Gaborone …..Who cuts all the Members of Parliament there!

Basically to synopsis BOT’s market is there .. in abundance just needs the industry to finally get going ..

And it looks to me like Tlou has first mover advantage .. How they get the finance is surely irrelevant as long as they get it .. not sure they’ve mention 2mw for some time …but are looking to get to 10 mw at speed .. but of course I’m reading between the lines unlike BOTs who has a clear vision of what is going on and what’s going to happen in the future ..

I to review Botala presentation and they are going for the LNG route targeting SA initially and of course mentioned Orapa> Good luck to them ..What did reem from it is that there is more than enough demand for all involved in CBM in Southern Africa. And they seem to be in comms with other companies in order to move the industry on .. It's interesting that they think this could be bigger than Queensland CBM basin .....Much in-line with what TG has always said ... Words are easy lets see how the operational side of things hold up after all it is africa

I would like management to come out with proper sales forecast .. All the this market that market but little traction on sales.. For me salaries are to high and should be linked to sales .. after all that what they are in this business to achieve. .. I said it before they run this like a charity .. Whilst the business they are in will have long lead times .. This should have built in to the business plan and capital allocated to this .. Not peace meal approach coming back to the shareholders every few months .. PH will make good money selling into any rise .. I believe they have been forward selling since the announcement .. judging by the sales to buy ratio and the share price

Obviously I would prefer the project to be a lot further on. And the share price worth 10 x what it is currently worth. But i also understand that nothing has been straightforward and appreciate the trials and tribulation and "THAT" most have been overcome. Equally I don't appreciate their inabilities to keep to timelines .. but also understand that it's africa and nothing is done on time.

As for being Brad mark 2 even someone as conceited can see I'm my own man and if sometimes my views aline with BRAD then so be it....One things for certain there's not a Donkey mark 2 as nobody could be that stupid ...on that many levels surely!!! ;-))

One reason Brad is dilution .. the other issues is without gas or power what is the value of the infrastructure in the middle of nowhere .. but once up and running . It has a purpose and a true value

The heartbeat of any successful business is diversification. The ability to be flexible with your approach and to see and take up opportunities as they arise. A large number of Start ups and junior businesses fail due to cash flow and capital investment problems. I can see nothing negative about Tlou bring in additional investment/revenues from the data company . This will help the obvious problem with raising capital to move the core CBM power supply business forward ...Surely that's a win win. Now the LSE to ASX share flip has been and gone, and most if not all who didn't want to move across has sold up...I have a feeling the share price will firm up ...IMHO

Whilst I think Tlou could have given more information on the process regarding the flip to ASX share.

They cannot be held responsible for what i believe is only IG initial failing in first actioning the flip within a reasonable timescale. Then allocating not the shares to the appropriate account...... This apparently was due to HRMC rules which miraculously disappeared on friday afternoon.

As usual Donkeys jaundiced view of all things Tlou are at work again.. he is nothing if not consistent ... but has nothing real to say about anything......

If somebody rang you up and told you AST story and suggested investing in .. you would think it was a sham call and report it .. so how is what they are doing currently legal? ..iMHO

yes brad its a **** show.. i have communications from thier c a saying ti can't be done, then do a bed and isa then that can't done . then nothing for weeks then suddenly without any communications it's done. now this whole process proves that ig didn't have a clue what they were doing. and what about hrmc rules? the telling point is that without us contacting them they never communicated anything. very very very poor.

what this whole process has shown me is how hard it is to buy decent volumes of share on asx as nobody is selling at a fair price or if they are it's very few .

regarding compensation they aren't likely to admit their failings so the only route to recourse would be a legal one... and they will have deeper pockets than an individual ...

i lucky am not out of pocket in terms of shares or money and in fact have benefited in the sense that i've been able to add shares at this very false and low share price. but have wasted loads of time on this

Glad it’s been donee this way as I was struggling to get any shares in the market place … people are holding on to them or the offer well above the bid .. and when it does drop it’s only small amounts .. That must say something about this project
