I tend to disagree LeaGreen. ARA are a mid size oil and gas company but not that, it's their backing. Owned by the Zubair Corporation who are multi billionaires! No one on this earth is taking their stake in this project other than the tpdc when they exercise their 15% back in rights. ARA/ APT have gone too far to give it up, especially when they have the deepest of pockets to throw at it. IMHO.

Calm down, one private investor isn't stopping a takeover and the takeover that will inevitably happen in a few yrs time won't be from 'the sultan' as you put it or ARA at all. It'll be a bidding war between other big named companies. Just sit back and relax.

The only reason the market is not piling in is because AEX are not the best at promoting themselves. Once rig news comes the herd will follow. Anyway, I'm happy with my investment, i'll say no more.

This board is a waste of time, Telegram all the way. Been there a couple of years now and it's being on Telegram that has kept me interested in AEX.

M&P are drilling as we speak, in the same area as Ntorya may I add. And they will continue to do so up until they finish their 3 well campaign. So yeah, 'go figure' that one.

Bit of rain doesn't stop their drill bit from turning. The key is to have the wellpad ready in advance, which is what ARA are doing now for CH1. Preparing to drill, using the same rig as M&P (yet to be confirmed)

But anyway, we weren't taking about drilling, we were on about other ground works. I still think the Chinese will plough through the works.

I'm sorry but some rain won't stop progress and they certainly won't 'down tools', if anything it'll help soften the ground to dig the trenches for the pipeline and foundations for any structures like the central processing facility.

If we downed tools in Scotland due to a bit of rain they'd be nothing done 😆

Are you for real?? There are photo's left right and centre of progress including lengths of pipe pieced together on mounds of soil either welded already or about to be, waiting to be placed in the trenches.

You need to get yourself over to the Telegram chat to be educated on the reality of the progress (although I expect you're already over there, albeit in the background keeping quiet!)

I wouldn't say 12km of pipeline is complete. The 35% completion is probably more as a whole project. Pipes have been laid out in sections yes, maybe a couple of kilometres. Progress all the same though

My opinion would be TO in 12-18mths. Especially once CH1 is proved up and a new CPR released
