I've lost track now of the amount of contracts signed, mou's in place, future plans, cng stations getting built, etc, etc by the government, tpdc. This comment tells us that failure is not an option! This is going to happen and 12mth from now we'll be in a better position with no doubt more contracts signed. Ignore the noise, it may be a long time coming but it's here, and now!

The AGM presentation will be released just before the AGM regardless, as all shareholders need to be notified at the same time as not all can attend. It's usually released about 1hr before it starts.

There is no reason why the share price shouldn't steadily rise towards 2p with this past few days news. The fact that they mention 8 months to complete is great and with CPP carrying out the work this can easily be achieved as CPP don't mess around. Onwards and upwards folks, finally. And with Energetech-Tantel hoping to having mini LNG production in 12 months for their 'virtual pipeline' is another incentive for completion. They are currently sourcing land which I'm guessing will be near Ntorya. Once they confirm the build site, it will be another step up in SP me thinks.

Like mentioned, I don't think ARA will buy the last 25%, it will be some other big player wanting a piece of the African Pie. It's easy money. Similar to Cove Energy buyout will do me just fine! LOL.

Aminex previously had no clout towards the Tanzanian government with just being a minnow, a tiddler, as they still are now. Hence all the past issues and lack of finance. Now they just a silent partner with ARA calling the shots but ARA are owned by a multi billion $ company who are not tiddlers, and have lots of clout & experience in the game. It's been cat and mouse between them and TPDC for a few years now because ARA can afford to play that game. Money to them is and will never be an object.

Aminex remind me of those Remoras fish, the small tiddlers that suck onto the back of the likes of great white sharks and just get taken for the free ride. Aminex don't need to do a thing going forward and just need to walk closely behind ARA nodding their head and agreeing along the way. The farmout was the best thing that has ever happend to AEX and it's not long before they and us get to reap the rewards. The final green light for me was the EPC contract being awarded, when spades go in the ground I will have a big smile on my face because then i will know the beginning of the end is near.

I still predict a buyout of Aminex in a year or 2 and i believe the sum paid will be very handsome. IMHO of course.

I'll guess nothing, as Aminex employees do not, ever, respond to emails. Not from my experience anyway! The only chance you have is face to face in a couple of weeks time at the AGM. If there is one thing Aminex are good at, it's ignoring their shareholders.

I never really thought much about the comment regarding a BBQ for 100 people on xmas when reading the tenders, but when you think about it, ARA have requested this for a reason and i'm sure they aren't requesting this for Xmas 2026. Maybe they are planning for a end of year spud of CH-1. I certainly hope so for our sins. It's only when you read between the lines that we pick up clues of their intentions (Again, hopefully).

Remember Crusty, NT2 doesn't need a workover, just a well test. NT2 is available now so to speak. It will be flowed at various choke settings to find optimal flow and stability. Just requires a flow path and mobile test unit

No, but why should I not believe the 12mth deadline as stated. What's your evidence for your fabricated timescale? Please, share

Why would you start the 12 month clock after mobilising equipment? Why are you including 3mths of testing after 12 months?

It is 12 months from Friday to complete all, including commissioning. Let's face it, it's a poxy 14 inch pipeline in a shallow trench. Even if they started in January it would be done by June!

Aminex don't need to raise any funds, they are free carried for $35m and also have a $3m drawdown loan facility with Eclipse LCC.

Well I for one hope you are right Prospero. It's a long time coming and I'm looking to exist my ISA shares @10p. The pension shares can wait 10-15yrs until they're worth 7 figures which at my target price for that is easily achievable in 3-5yrs all going well.

The trouble is that the market these days are over cautious, they don't value based on potential, they value on reality. The share price won't be anywhere near 13p until the pipeline is complete and we are pumping the 140mmscfs/d plus additional routes for the off take. Which is years.

I can see a spike in the sp once CH1 starts and if results are good a further spike then fall back.

Best chance of anything near 13p is a buyout, but that wouldn't be until after CH1 and a new CPR.

I'm thinking 2p on pipeline starting & 5p on good CH1 results. If I'm proven wrong and it's more, then I'll take it. IMHO

Not sure how that logic works SC. We've gone 6mths before without any RNS. The latest we'll hear anything is the morning of the AGM if they present the slides upfront, but there's every chance of hearing nothing before then. Remember, AEX/ ARA have no pending news as ARA won't release anything until TPDC play their next move re pipeline, with this game of cat and mouse. It's the pipeline news we need, and that's 100% out of our hands. IMHO of course.
