I would tend to agree it doesn't mean anything. In fact, it suggest the individually is looking to sell, otherwise they could have just left the options as options until later date / 2025. Acting now suggests they are looking to profit. That in itself does not suggest confidence or otherwise, just simply looking to make cash.

The West has never been so vulnerable. Imagine how simple it would be for China to release another CV strain, such as Omicron, into a location such as South Africa, sit back and watch the outcome.... Repeat this every year and every country in the West will implode within 5 years.

Mr Ripley, are you stupid? I suggested that Avacta could be under review for takeover and that KPMG could be working both sides, hence needed to step down.

I am long and strong but that doesnt mean I am happy about the current communication from AS.

Why did KPMG resign? Perhaps they have a new conflict of interest?

Avacta need to come out fighting. If truly they are being hard done then they should be very vocal about it. At this stage, what do they have to lose? They should go public. there are no bridges to burn at this late stage.

Why are Avacta not piling pressure on their MP?

It has to be incoming...! Mologic were able to determine this (and update their partners) by start of business yesterday, so there really is no excuse for Avacta to take significantly longer than Mologic. Avacta USP on their website is their active monitoring of performance against all VOC.

But updating the market on whether or not Affidx detects Omicron is worthless unless they accompany the update with a updated open&transparent update related to where we stand with the LFT.

It's all speculation and guess work as our CEO, for whatever reason, has decided to leave loyal holders in the dark.

Malachai, agree 100%. Im not sure what there is to hide now as most have written off the LFT. It would be much better for all (and the share price, as we could all move on and focus on AVA6k) if he were to be 100% transparent with the market.

The silence from Avacta, related to the LFT, is now indefensible.

It is now Dec 14th.... a 4th global wave is well and truly underway but is anyone truly confident that AS is going to deliver?

TT with ABDX has been on-going for >1 year, yes >1 year!!! Why???

I would welcome some clear guidance on what exactly has been taking so long and what we are trying to deliver with the LFT that he describes as being the best on the market.

Yes, AVA6k looks great and Yes the IP and the pipeline is hugely exciting but FFS, what on earth is happening with the LFT! This is an opportunity of a lifetime and Avacta look to be failing catastrophically!!

If Avacta do not seize this moment it would be a monumental f up considering the start date of our product development timeline. If the product is as good as the clinical validation (it is) then it boils down to execution of the business strategy.

We have a high performance test, a shortage of LFTs, therefore there really is no excuse not to be selling millions of LFTS per month. I don't buy the HUA argument. Sell the bloody inventory where HUA is not required.

It's easy to blame the UK Gov but, honestly, AS must take some blame if we fail to capitalise in this environment.
