While AS did not divulge much detail, interestingly he did mention Neutropenia.

Neutropenia is common after receiving chemotherapy and increases risk for infections. It is when a person has a low level of neutrophils, caused by the Chemo. For people with neutropenia, even a minor infection can quickly become serious.

Yes, its only 1 patient, but all of the signs that Ava6K is working as planned (minimal chemo side effects) must be visible to the team.

As the success case is astronomical, it wont be long until the market speculates in a big way. Although 1 patient, the positive initial results signficantly derisk the project and that should be reflected in market value.

Moving rapidly to 3 new UK sites and also 2 USA sites is further evidence that initial results are good.

We knew that things looked good here when the team of specialists decided to join the scientific board!! This BB speculated at the time that initial results must be positive or they would not have joined at the point that they did (after 2nd doses)

Also, I read the following as a BIG CLUE also - The Board believe that the most significant near-term value driver for the Group is the clinical data from the phase I study of AVA6000.

Why would they say this if initial results were not hugely promisning ?

Can you harvass the 'power' of this investment BB to come up with a top 5 questions that we, LSE posters, would like AS to answer?

Speranza, correct I think. Consider that the presentation is during market hours.. if he resinstates previous guidance is on track (5m per month) which does not require any RNS as he has stated that as a min target for months, then those listening in can buy in immediately.

- Demand outlook for the LFT?

With UK LFT shortages, I'd like AS to really elaborate on this one. On one hand, he claims that Affidx is the best LFT globally, thus he needs to explain why there is no demand (assuming no demand). The best LFT should attract signifcant demand.

Obviously, I hope that he surprises the market tomorrow with confirmed significant demand.

I dont want to hear any waffle tomorrow.

AS should be very clear on the following points (I cant see how he can swerve them TBH)

- Abington TT status (on/off/in progress. If the latter, why is this taking so long)?
- Medusa HUA status (are we close?)
- Medusa NHS affiliation and its impact, if any, related to Affidx ?
- Affidx UK validation? On-going or?
-Are we still 'in discussions' with the UK Gov?
- Current Capacity / Target capacity ?
- EU Capacity (have we set up capacity per previous update)
- Demand outlook for the LFT?

The market (share price) expects next to zero revenues from the LFT. Any positive news tmorrow related to the LFT is a bonus

The LG CHEM deal alone now supports the current value of AVCT.

If HUA comes in this week, the market can start to speculate the revenues that Medusa will generate. I fancy them to surpass $201m over the next 6 months!
