Highly unlikely that they did all the regulatory work, funded the payroll for circa 15+ employees for over 12 months, to then be solely reliant on capacity and tt with abdx.

With roots and contacts in Asia Pac, wouldn't be surprising to see immediate production from that region, coupled with signifcant stock produced and ready to ship.

If these guys were confident that HUA was incoming and confident in demand, I wonder whether they switched the button on for production some time ago?

I think we can be sure of that. Hopefully we also hear more from AS today in the form of interviews (been a long time since we heard from him). Some guidance on capacity/targets etc could really get things moving.

Being the first UK developed test to get this CE mark suggests that we are front of the line here (prioritized).... excited again at long last!!!

And that is a failure on AS. Best ever LFT market, best performance test, and AS has SO FAR failed completely to sell in volumes anywhere globally.

The market has never been better. Its unbelievable, all over the world LFTs are being sold out and many are even hoarding them!! Yet here we are, sat waiting for news from our leader, no one having any clue where things really stand as its never truly be transparent has it?

There is a possibility that they could be working a huge licensing deal, hence the inexcusable silence from Avacta (such a deal would be restricted by NDA).

But this is pure speculation.

Didnt you just post that you were done and would be back next year? Im getting worried about you.

As I answered yesterday, its up to you to put avacta in the same bucket as the UK LFT manufacturers. I think Avacta could have/should have delivered more based on being sole IP holder of unique, high performance tech that could have / should have been licensed overseas (AS himself said license opportunities were under review).

Reminds me, do you recall AS guidance that more than 1 route to the US market was being reviewed? This was greater than 6 months ago, so why the silence. His treatment and lack of comms for current holders has been terrible.
