I bet that 9/10 CEOs if given the opportunity that AS has would deliver from here. How many open goals have been missed? How many more open goals will be missed? Does anyone still believe he will deliver? Does anyone still trust what he says? Why is there such a complete lack of transparency re the CV story - bbi, cytiva, BAMS the Mologic partnership. Its beyond a bad joke.

I think this has to be good news (assuming we finally pass the desktop review) as it'll open up the market to meduflow with hopefully improved margins.

If margin was forecast at gbp 1 per test I'd like to think, for the US market and current demand, it's now up to gbp 3-4 per test.

That's as good as 3x increase in production volumes.

Add increased production also...

Will the market wake up? Perhaps what we are witnessing here is a reluctance to bet big with ava6k so close.

BJ also mentioned last night that there would be daily LFT for 100k of our front line workers. Volume would work nicely for ABDX and AVCT.

Regarding the share purchases you reference and the potential profit... please correct me if I am wrong but they are not required to notify the market if they sell so we have no idea if they still hold. For all we know, they flipped those cheap shares to bankroll the start up investment in Medusa.

I am still hopeful in Medusa as not only did they secure HUA, but they were the first UK company to secure it. Im sure that cant have been a simple process / achievement so there must be more to this than we currently know.

Additionally, M19 were also affiliated to the National Microbiology Framework Contract, therefore further work undertaken in the background that we are not privy to.

It could be possible that everything is tied to the ABDX TT completion. Although the 1-2m ABDX volumes referenced is low, I think there is scope with ABDX to ramp up significantly above this figure. Dont ABDX also have sites in Europe? I tried to locate but recall reading that their annual capacity was 150-200m? It is possible that a significant % of this could be assigned to Meduflow & Affidx - especially with improving margins due to demand.

It is ok to question the delivery of AS when it comes to the LFT and still be positive overall. I am not sure why you find this tormenting but many investors feel this way. I do not understand the silence at this stage. That's my view and Im happy to share it over and over, just like you and others were happy to share that HUA was incoming over and over.

Did ABDX TT complete 2021 calendar year as guided as recently as December? Hope there is a big bang announcement incoming!

Agree 100%, it does not make sense . Lets face it, the general public are not aware of Affidx and its superior performance. Why isnt AS using this opportunity to get our performance data out to the masses free of any marketing costs?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Starting to feel quite excited about AVA6k. Bad data, which would be known to AS and team by now, could have been released Xmas/NY period while the market was sleeping. Obviously, any real bad data would have been released immediately.

Quite hopeful that we receive positive news during Q1, which could land any day now - which could be company making!!

The rise with point could be a leak of positive news related to our trial. Fingers crossed.

My view is that I don't believe Medusa were added to the UK Gov contract referenced below to supply the protein test. As they have no other tests other than AffiDX, surely they were added to supply AffiDX (pending HUA and desktop review)

We are proud to announce that Medusa 19 has been approved by the NHS Microbiology Framework Lot 1 for Goods and Services, for the supply of SARS-CoV-2 Lateral Flow Tests throughout the UK.

Medusa 19 are one of multiple selected suppliers to this Framework Contract which will run for the next 4 years and has a value of up to £3 Billion.

This Framework Contract allows the provision to all UK Government Departments and Trusts across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales subject to access agreement signature and Schedule 6 pricing, to supply the Rapid Saliva Protein Test (RSPT) and Avacta’s professional use AffiDx SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Lateral Flow Tests.

The Medusa tests detailed above and other parties lateral flow tests are now available for purchase by various government departments subject to their demand requirements.

If we are being penalised by the UK Gov actions (or lack of) I'd like AS (or medusa) to come out publicly and say so.

It is odd that we have a critical UK and Global shortage of LFTs and not a word (even a tweet) from Avacta diagnostics regarding their ability to fill the gap.

Affimers are cheaper to produce than MAbs, so why wouldn't the Chinese licence affimers in order to lower the reagent cost and improve performance ??

I apologised to AS for previously slating his lack of delivery when HUA landed but... I'm really surprised we've not had news following HUA, not TT news which was due this calender year (actually it was last calender year....)

The lack of marketing from medusa, the delayed website update etc all quite strange. Perhaps all of their capacity is spoken for (not yet announced) and therefore there is no need to update website or market further.

Either there is going to be a big bang announcement in the new year, all capacity/stock available already spoken for (not yet announced) or.. Who knows. Doesn't make sense to spend all of this time on HUA for nothing to follow.

Global LFT shortage means that pricing/margin is improving. Cha ching!!
