Tiny revenues 2020 and now $3b valuation and they dont have any threatputics arm! Proves to all the doubters that it is entirely possible to achieve such a valuation here at AVCT.

Affimers appear to offer many advantages over other reagents, mainly cost & performance. I like to think that major companies are looking at the use of Affimers as Dx reagents in order to improve profitability and Dx performance.

Based on what we know about the CV Affimers, I dont think that this thinking is far fetched.

However, with that said, if AffiDx is only half as good as he markets, then the odds that Avacta can capitalise over a longer period are really very high. Make no mistake, the UK is heading back into lockdown before the end of this year. 1000 hospital admissions today (TODAY) will only increase as we progress from this point.

Where are we with the ABDX TT and the short European TT that, according to you, was at an advanced stage ready to switch on as demand required?

Based on his failure to deliver against his earlier guidance I am now down ~60% on my last top up.

I think AS is starting to take the ****. He has failed to deliver against his earlier guidance and now wont even update the market on material news such as the Medusa NHS affiliation.

As shareholders, we have complete ownership of really great IP, thus I think we need to discuss the performance of our CEO and whether he is the right man to deliver maximum return to shareholders.

Why no comment, either formal (RNS) or informal (AvacaDx twitter) to update investors related to the Medusa AffiDX NHS Affiliation, which was posted to the Avacta website?

I assume if the SP does 30/40/50% today Avacta will have to come out and comment on the speculation.

Would NDA with Gov (covering status of the desktop review) and/or NDA Medusa restrict what can be said via RNS?

It doesnt make any sense for Avacta to update the website confirming affiliation to the NHS without also updating its shareholders in the form of an RNS.

Even if Affidx was not yet approved, I think that an RNS stating that our distribution partner had been contracted to supply Affidx is RNS worthy. Avacta have issued RNS for much less.

So, why no RNS?

Intra day RNS?

Exactly - discussions started weeks/months ago (pre trial) but only now, after 2-3 doses of Pro Dox and some very early (but critical) early data is available does the trio sign up!

Known early data:

- Neutrophil count (vs standard dox)
- Volume of Dox found healthy tissue (can tumor also be sampled)?
- General Chemo symptoms (e.g. sickness) vs standard dox

While still some way to go, early data covering the above will be known and for sure these new appointments will have had a review.

So the question - why join now rather than pre trial?

3 x Top Appointments have joined the SAB.

2 things make this very interesting;

1 - they join following the 2nd (possibly 3rd) dose of Pro Dox.
2 - all three join at the same time!

RNS is certainly a positive development at this stage of the trial.
