It is a long term commitment and I honestly do not think Avacta would be making such strategic moves if they were not confident in the early performance of Ava6k.

Depening on the location of the cancer, it is very easy to sample the tumor and obviously straight forward to sample healthy tissue, thus Avacta and the team of clinicians definately have some interesting data on hand re Dox volumes replyed in Tumor vs healthy tissue. There is then the other obvious non symptoms, such as sickness, weakness etc. Also, white blood count vs straight dox. All this data now known.

I like to think that, in the absense of LFT news but with a share price moving from strength to strength that there could be some real leaks spilling from the trial.

Look at it from Avactas perspective. As an employer, it is far easier to terminate a contractor than it is a staff member. Thus, for Avacta to take the decision at this stage, suggests they also feel confident in the immediate future.

Agree, however you look at this it can only be positive. Is it a 'WINK' from AS to the market to indicate all is going well?

There does not need to be any 'leak' re AVA6k. The simple fact that the trial continues, with doses increasing, is positive. Each day the trial continues, with each increased 3 weekly dose, the risk associated with failure reduces.

Also, re leaks, if AVA6k works as well in humans as it does in mice, it is going to be very obvious that patients are well / have no side effects after each does.

As we all speculate that Medusa/HUA news is incoming/leaking, hence driving the rise, Lets not forget that we also have AVA6k in trial - which by now should be into 2nd dose and quite possibly starting to indicate positive signals e.g. sampling indicates low % of dox in healthy tissues, no bad side effects yet on patient...all of which are being assessed daily by the tean if clinicians.

We could have a double , tripple, quadruple whammy of hugely positive news that could drop ay any point.

Bein - agree, 1000% more than achievable. Not rampy, just simple facts based on revenue/profit and a fully owned IP that can be exploited.

IF AVCT were to announce 60m capacity secured and demand/contracts in place that are forecast to exceed that capacity, then yes - easily 500% achieveable.

Scotland possibly heading back into lockdown as cases soar!

Unbelievable if this happens as could have been prevented with deployment of high quality LFT's. No wonder cases are soaring as everyone is currently self testing with Chinese crap that, according to AS, does not even pick up on the Delta!

We are in August and the First Minister is thretening more lock downs! You can be 100% sure that when Winter arrives we will be back in lock down!

Could Medusa been working on setting up the manufacturing capacity in Europe (e.g. outsouced manufacturing)?

AS stated that this process was 'advanced' but did not name any potential maunfacturing partners. This would make sense if it is in fact Medusa setting this up and we know from AS that 'we are working very closely with MEdusa' 'with a joint goal to achieve HUA'. No point working on HUA together if we are not also working on securing capacity.
