Thanks YJ - all the sh want to know is that this is not the end. Would you be able to confirm whether the CC has played a part in the very limited details for shareholders so far. Are things still in progress in that regard?

I'm with you Coggy and all the others who have said that:
a - we're not done yet. Let the CC play out
b - let's not bad mouth anyone, ZZ, SN included, until and if something proves we've been cheated.
I still keep thinking of Mole's post a couple of days ago which said that delisting would not be the end of the world as long as the flow rates are there. This could still be enormous for us all. We've still got BH/BP on board to the best of our knowledge and I'll continue to remain hopeful until I know otherwise. We are obviously all a bit anxious today, me a bit more than most given my holding. I have certainly had to learn some humility over the last few weeks.....

This may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. The sp can't go much lower - and to be honest if it does we'll be likely takeover targets. Lets just now focus on BP.

I'm a big loser here too Mapp. Feeling despondent today but hoping for betetr news in the near future. Not quite writtn this one off yet. Just wish my other investments were doing better.

Well we're still showing at 0.2875 on lse. And still no news....If we're de-listing today, they're cutting it fine.

Thanks Mole You pose some interesting questions that most of the rest of us are not really considering, that is oil flows and whether they can sustain the business. For most of us, we are concerned only with getting through our short term hassles of a Nomad and court case, probably as I at least have brought into the “you don’t fight over an empty box” premise. Here’s hoping I haven’t thrown too much of my savings at this. Thanks again Mole.

Having got to this stage, and I was Hope, I would certainly be using next week's deadline as a bargaining chip (indeed as I would if I was a potential nomad). That said, if no agreements are made next week and we do delist, then I agree that it will not necessarily be the end of the line. At that stage Hope will have lost his bargaining chip and if he does eventually settle, it will cost him considerably more than had he done so in time to prevent delisting.

Nothing really has changed over the last few days, apart from the most despondent posters have tended to hog this BB. The more reasoned posters have generally stayed away, probably like me still reading, but realising that with no new news there really just isn't much new to say. And so we wait, reliant on news from afar over which we have no control. I too go from despair to real hope, worried by those who should know better and equally perhzps too-easily buoyed by the likes of Pyro and Madp. The shorters in the main have also gone a bit quiet; their news flow via Hope and TW seemingly dried up in the midst of the court proceedings As someone said earlier, they are really worried as well.
For me, there are 3 potential outcomes from here, discounting the undoubted nomad problems.
1 - we lose all and Hope and the shorters clean up
2 - we gain for real the billion dollar company that FRR really could become. An OOCS also fits in here. It may well not be a billion dollar company if we have to give significant proportions of it to Hope et al, but we'd all still be in profit and probably very happy
3 - we strike a deal and relist, but with the water still rather murky and the sp similar to where it is now. We would all then have to make a choice, cut and run or continue with our bets. Those of us with very big bets may well wish to at least de-risk some what, assuming we are ever given this choice.
So we are all waiting on news. I for one am praying for option 2 but more than willing to accept option 3.I really don't want to have to face option 1.

Not the RNS that I wanted to read. I wanted to hear about Tranche 2 from Mercuria, or confirmation of Diamonds in Zimbabwe re being one of the 4, or that Bergen was gone. Presumably this will mean that Bergen does now go, but at what cost? Not sure the sp can hold up that well now. Already nearly 50% down here for me already.
