Zib - is that true? Has Crab really purchased all those shares? I can understand why Coggy etc chose to reduce their exposure, but for Crab that’s a hell of a statement of faith!

I think there was a mistake in the RNS. The next line said “307,189,542 of the Placing and Subscription Shares were issued under existing authorities available to the Board relating to Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine ("Baita Plai") and for general corporate purposes (as granted at the recent General Meeting and at the 2018 Annual General Meeting*) and 250,000,000 of the Placing Shares were issued under existing authorities available to the Board relating to exploration for and mining of diamonds in Zimbabwe. “ Same initial number , with just the 30 missing. Error maybe?

The Subscription was for 7,189,542 Ordinary Shares with an investor known to the Company. One investor only - mr Budd again?

Just re-read my post and think it sounds a bit more certain than I’d intended. My question is whether or not we are likely to see any court papers this week from the “stay” hearing. What do other people think? Thanks

Oopsi said last night that FRR are not mentioned on the Cayman Court cause list this week. To be clear, does this mean that in addition to there not being a new hearing this week, we will also not get an update as to what happened at the “stay” hearing last time. I think someone mentioned before that we would see court papers after 3 weeks. By my reckoning, that must be early next week. Any ideas anyone?

I don’t understand the lack of oil sales post. Sorry. Does it imply sales elsewhere, a lack of oil production, industrial unrest, BP selling the oil on our behalf through their own methods,....Perhaps someone could shed some light on this matter for me. Thanks

What was interesting however to us shorter term holders was just how long the radio-silence lasted during the first discussions with Yorkville and Outrider. Several months with no comma according to Mole. At the moment we are only 10 weeks or so since the Christmas Eve bombshell. Patience required.

I agree things do now look positive for Vast, after a disastrous December. Lots of pointers suggesting that we are about to get back to where we belong. I’m still hopeful of vast’s sp being above 1p at least.
