I still like to read RR’s posts. I personally would rather read them than negative posts during this long period of waiting. It makes no difference to the share price either way, but RR’s at least make me feel better.

Zib - does this refer to FRR? Had a look at bonker99.com and couldn’t find anything.

Good to see the back of Bergen. Definitely was not our best move, so to be rid of it early is a bonus. Nothing now holding back the share price and with good news expected in the form of an off-take agreement and diamond news, the only way is up imo.

Thought I'd add that AP has been for a long time been very upbeat regarding BP and the diamonds. I think, given the choice, he'd get rid of Mainailla first instead, if it wasn't for the fact the Mercuria loan would immediately become payable. So if losing PP means we are debt free, with two high yielding mines in BP and Heritage, then it does on reflection seem to me to be a strategy worth pursuing.

Thanks Sandy - that did seem the most likely to me. AP had previously stated it was one the shouldn’t have been partially sold in the past. What’s your view ? Is AP playing roulette with our money or is a justified rebalancing of the company?

From what I can see from the Q&A and presentation, there is a possibility that they will sell either Eureka, PP or perhaps one of the Romanian assets. Would that be a bad thing?

For information, I am already a member of the FSHG. And yes, they did answer some of this, but it would still be nice to hear from Zaza of actual definitive conclusions from the cc. As I said in my last post, the problem comes from my desire for a swift resolution and the slow process that unfortunately drive of all court cases. It can’t be helped, but for those of us who perhaps have rather too large a percentage of our portfolios tied up in FRR, it is nevertheless a very slow and stressful period in our investment history. So please forgive me for my late night plea to Zaza (that said, if YJ are reading this, some good news would be very gratefully received....).

I know our preferred timescales for an oocs are probably a lot shorter than the likely reality, but it would be nice to hear some definite, positive news from FRR in the next couple of days. There are so many decisions that I’m putting off making until we find out one way or another. Holidays, home improvements, new car,..:Until I do find out one way or the other, I’m trying to be as frugal as possible, just in case. I’m quite sure that I’m not the only one. So come on Zaza, how has it gone? Is the advice to still not sell a single share? Is relisting and consolidation still on the cards? And should those shorters still be very nervous indeed?

As were the 2 hefty sells. Strange really. Good news, in fact really good news, and someone sells really big, just before the share prices gets back to pre-Bergen levels.

Zoff - Your assumption is that the amount of money is a fixed amount, when in reality it can go up and down, based on the assets the money theoretically represents. So if I crash my expensive BMW and write it off, that asset is now worthless. The amount of money has gone down say £20000 or so. Likewise if a company goes bankrupt (which i don’t think we have by the way), the money in circulation has just gone down. In our case it is about to up by a rather large amount, when Zaza releases the good news.
