Why was Graham Mullis and Anthony Dyer allowed payment of LTIP as the SP was based on the second DHSC contract ? The Second contract was void.

Does anyone know the address I can write to James Wakefield as I have a few questions he needs to answer. The big question is why was Graham Mullis allowed the LTIP payout and why not get him to repay it all back as the LTIP was based from hype surrounding the second DHSC contract which was void.

Amers , that Porky9 is a total dodgy character, I wrote to him at Val. (Read what I wrote to him ) Porky9 sucked people in Novacyt with his bloated ramping . People who were naive like me , and who were actually first time investors like me were sucked in by Porky9. This guy still ramps away at Val and I see now at GDR also.

It's also true Graham Mullis had his own agenda and mislead investors at Novacyt . He worked away with £10 million at the expense of private investors. The performance of Graham Mullis was poor once he got his LTIP . For instance he could have directed resources to accelerate the saliva LFT for covid-19 , instead we waited another 18 months before that was released and we missed the boat.

I think i am the only stupid fool on here that's pretty transparent .

Larry10 , you seen very placid and chilled out as always . Not sure if you are losing money on Novacyt , but it doesn't look like you are. Maybe you have been trading Novacyt shares all these years , who knows ? How many shares do you actually have and what's your average ? In this way we can trust your game .

Additional information on the liquidity contract:

On September 12, 2016, the Company and Invest Securities entered into a liquidity agreement pursuant to which Invest Securities provides liquidity services in relation to the Company's common shares. Invest Securities may purchase shares on behalf of the Company under the terms of the Agreement, subject to shareholder approval as to the prices at which the shares may be repurchased and the aggregate amount which the Company may provide to Invest Securities to purchase such shares .

Shareholder approval was given at the General Meeting on July 18, 2024 for the purchase of shares by Invest Securities under the contract at a maximum purchase price per share of 5.00 euros for a price maximum overall purchase of 200,000 euros and for a period of 18 months from the date of approval. HarChris , how many Novacyt shares do you hold now and your average is ? Just asking as you seem to be the only one keen to buy Novacyt shares. My thinking invest insecurities are the main source of buying and selling of Novacyt shares and that's why we see variations daily.

larry , not a investment error from me as i invested in good faith with what was told to us by graham mullis - the ambition of becoming a mid cap company , but more like i/ we were cheated out of the investment by the corrupt ceo , graham mullis , a chairman that allows the ex ceo & ex cfo to receive the ltip and appointing the useless david allmond, the bulls!t about £100m organic growth , the biosensor game changer , the subsequent bod bluffing to investors that they have strong grounds of winning dhsc , and the poor **** public relations. .

Looks like Larry has quit Novacyt , we don't ever hear from him now. He used to come up with so much news of Novacyt . Now zero.

I personally think if Graham Mullis had actually directed money in developing an covid-19 LFT early on March 2020 - May 2020 then maybe huge contracts worth £500m+ would have come to Novacyt. Too much focus was on the PCR testing strategy . That was an opportunity missed. The saliva covid-19 LFT was developed too late in the day and never made any money. That was supposed to be a block buster of a test I remember when it came out and we were all hoping that would have won a huge contract.
