1. No director buys since March 2022 ( I don't still know why there was a frenzy of director buys then as we had no new contracts or any exiting news. )

2. No RNS to inform the market of any contracts or deals to provide Mpox tests.

3. Today , a large 60K shares sold at 08:20 ( this was not included in total sold today by LSE )

4. This is no more than a volatile share based on speculation and traders creaming off naive investors.

I have been holding Novacyt shares since October 2020. Made absolutely no profit , but just a 90% paper loss.

Primerdesign do have some fantastic products and massive portfolio of tests. A Pharma company wanting to expand their diagnostic market would be looking to buy them up .

Brentw1 , thank you for the advice. You are right. This board is run by James Wakefield and has been appalling for genuine investors. I have invested [£660K] too much in this company , which was based on what Graham Mullis told us all . He told us that Novacyt is going to be a mid cap company. Luckily for me, I am financially strong , so I will not need to sell up any of my Novacyt shares . I am going to stay strong and hope , pray that I am lucky , and the gods are looking kind on me. I am hoping that somehow Novacyt will win big contracts and the share price shoots up beyond £6. Primerdesign have got some really fantastic tests from their massive portfolio they have been building over the years, and it just needs one big institute like the WHO / UNICEF or government to provide a big contract.

I really think Primerdesign is the hidden jewel in the crown within the Novacyt group. However, we have the CEO who is a Yourgene man and wonder how much he is going to resource into Primerdesign.

What worries me is if directors get back handed deals worth millions for them to sell the company cheaply .

Anyone have any ideas why there was a frenzy of director buys during March 2022 and shares bought @ £2 - £2.60p range ? We had no big contracts coming or anything exciting at the time , so why were the directors buying at this price ?

So why haven't directors bought at the 40p range ? Do they have no confidence ?

Why haven't they bought over the last few weeks ? Do they not anticipate any new contracts coming ?

These are questions that need an answer as it will indicate what the directors really think the direction we are going with SP. These is a lot of secrecy with this company which is damaging to investor sentiment and SP.

Primerdesign have a fantastic Multiplex qPCR test that can detect 6 different insect transmitted viruses in one sample . Could this be a blockbuster test which would be useful in South America / Africa / Asain / Australian continents .

I am so desperate and praying that the BOD at Novacyt can win a big contract somehow. It is the only way we can get this SP to £6+ . Winter is approaching, and the winterplex may be an opportunity to win a big contract . Yourgene with its products may bring in a big contract from any of its products. I am totally fed up of these rampers and derampers coming on here and trading this share. People like me stuck on a average of £5.81 and losing most of my £660K invested. The company really needs to promote its products out there properly and close some big deals. At the moment shareholders live on speculation and media news. Novacyt have not declared any money generated from monkeypox testing. We simply do not know what Novacyt have sold for this monkeypox testing.

I am losing over £560K of my cash.... not a happy feeling at all.

The reason why this thread is under Graham Mullis is because he is the man who fooled everyone and hyped up this share in 2020 and walked away with £10 million LTIP , leaving the company to deteriorate with that contract with DHSC that was void , yet signed off by this very man.

For the newbies invested in this company now . You need to know some major facts . This company does not promote itself well , the commerce is appalling . It seems that the directors use the company for high earning salaries and have dislike to investors. That's why this share is a volatile share that pumps up fast and drops like a stone . Its therefore a paradise heaven for traders to make quick money from innocent naive investors who put their hard earned money in this company.

I started investing in this company in 2020 , never traded it .

My average is £5.81 , and am losing around £550K of my own money ( total invested £660K ].

I pray the day Novacyt can will a big contract £100 million + , just to get me out of my mess that I got myself in by investing in this company that has absolute no empathy with investors. We have a CEO who is a Yourgene directors , so how much resources will be channelled into Primerdesign will be under scrutiny. It's Primerdesign that has been the blockbuster in producing PCR for viral testing.

Neilrich3 , I have communicated with Graham Mullis few times , he still holds all his Novacyt shares. He may even have bought 100,000s of more Novacyt shares, considering he has £10 million of LTIP , and to down average from £7 . I now he is backing Novacyt to do well. Because he is not a director at Novacyt , we will not know what he is doing when buying Novacyt shares. I don't think he has sold any.

The DHSC dispute turned out to be good for Novacyt and DHSC . A mutual symbiotic relationship between the two is formed now . All we need now is a RNS statement to say that Novacyt will be the preferred provider for PCR diagnostic tests in UK over the next 5 years and here is the sum of £1 billion .

Valju , just for curiosity , how much did you put in Novacyt in total for you to ' get out ' once you reached your break even ? What was your total cash investment ?

You are incorrect i think and i strongly believe Investors are at the mercy of CEOs

There are CEOs of companies that mislead , avoid informing the stock market, and vital information which would affect the share price. Here at Novacyt there were investors , like myself who were investing in Novacyt in 2020 on the basis of what Graham Mullis was telling everyone . This was that Novacyt are ambitious and aiming to be a mid cap company. It's only now we realise he was actually inflating the share price to reach his LTIP and avoided informing the stock market with exactly what the DHSC were doing with Novacyt during November 2020 and onwards . Graham Mullis left ( booted out ) with £10 million awarded from the LTIP , his performance was poor once he got his LTIP.

Lynn Rees is in control now of Novacyt and the question is how much money will he channel into Primerdesign for R&D , sales & marketing and pushing sales teams out to close deals. My worry is this , that is he is the ex CEO of Yourgene and will throw most if not all of Novacyt resources into Yourgene projects . The Board is now not balanced and is very much biased towards Yourgene.

History have shown us that its Primerdesign that have brought huge contracts from providing first responder diagnostic tests during outbreaks of infectious diseases. What big contracts have Yourgene won ever ? In fact Yourgene have never been profitable year on year.

I am praying that Novacyt BOD have got their best sales team onto key players for major contracts. The thought of waking up to a 7am RNS telling the stock market that Novacyt have been awarded a £200K - £500K main suppliers for x test(s) . The SP will start from £5 @8am.

Okay I am dreaming , but let's hope this dream comes true.

I was reading all your messages on this forum right back into 2020...... it's amusing that with all your narratives about holding this share and ramping over the years, and then what do you do ? You sold up as soon as the SP got to your break even .
