Anyone investing in AIM stock be warned . I have had to learn with a huge losses on my investment with Novacyt . Unless a company is making profits , winning contracts and growing financially then yes you will get your investment making you money . But most AIM companies delivery nothing financially and are loss making . These directors , most are cowboys that will string you along and then walk away . AIM is therefore a Ponzi scheme because you have those putting money in and then that money will be eroded away by others taking it . Most will lose their money

Biosynex were once 35 euros per share in 2020/21 . They were the darling of diagnostics testing , buying other companies up and investing in acquisitions . Now they are around 2.5 eurors . That's a huge drop .

I fear Novacyt will follow that pattern of downfall as well . What is different about Novacyt ? We have Lyn Rees in charge , and most of the board are Yourgene biased . All resources are channeled into Yourgene i would think , Primer design is basically dismantled .

What i fear is we have 3 years for Novacyt to win big contracts or go into profit , otherwise Lyn Rees will dilute shares with a placing to generate cash . Directors have not bought any shares so know this company is not in right trajectory .

Sharestock , AIM is corrupt and is nothing more than a gambler's paradise . You have to be a real gambler if all you do all day is go through AIM stock to try your luck in making a living .

People need to remember that ever since Graham Mullis announced on , 9th April 2021 , that Novacyt were in dispute with the DHSC , this company's trajectory has been downhill . From £13 to 0.35p . The winners were Graham Mullis and Anthony Dyer. I feel robbed of my hard earn money by investing in Novacyt. The pretence from Graham Mullis was that Novacyt are a ambitious company and plan to be a mid cap company. I invested £660K @ average of now £5.82. Will I ever see my money again ?

The fact is this company is burning cash every month , paying huge bonuses to its directors and that cash generated from DHSC is slowing disappearing year after year.

The directors have not invested any of their money into buying Novacyt shares which tells me something important. This share price is going down even more as the years go , and they have no faith in this company.

I was fooled by Graham Mullis, he destroyed an awful lot investors who believed in him. These directors are just cowboys that rob people of their hard earn money for their own personal wealth.

I have read all your comments right back from when you started making comments and you appear one of very few that is balanced and have real insight with this company. You mention that Yourgene are paying £1m to lease skeleton house. The other person I really have great respect for is Kaeren and she is real diamond . Maartenvdn , I was reading your comments and you said you have sold out now at a loss off 66% . I wonder if I can contact you privately , without you giving away your details publicly on here. The RNS today and the fact thatNovacyt are losing money every month explains exactly why no directors have bought any shares since 2022.

That RNS in Oct 2020 was written by Graham Mullis , read the wording on there how positive and dynamic that RNS, it's to entice people like me to invest in Novacyt. It's only now we realise Graham Mullis wanted his LTIP £10m . He fooled everyone.

We have been lied by this company ever since Graham Mullis was pushing his LTIP through. The private investors have simply been deceived and strunged along . Those investors who are basically investing day in day out from AIM stock know the signs of when to buy and when to get out. This stock has been shocking . People like ggg21 , Steve porky9 , and other who I will not mention but who trade stock on AIM are professionals ..... people like me who left their expertise to invest in here have been scr£Ed up. Steve you are a disgrace boy for calling me out. I have more degrees and qualifications then you will ever have. My fault is I knew nothing about AIM before I invested my money. It's not my fault if the BOD lie about things like we have a strong case with DHSC.

Why have Novacyt still been promoting MyGo products ? There will be a exhibition in Capetown there for Novacyt .

Do we now expect Primerdesign to be removed from the business following IT-IS being removed from business. I don't understand, I thought Primerdesign and IT-IS go hand in hand to make PCR testing faster , simpler and more mobile to location.

Novacyt paid £10 million to take over IT-IS in 2020. Would it not be sensible to keep the company going in the event of a infection disease breakout and therefore the demand for PCRs increase. What will be the future of Primerdesign now , do the PCR reagents not require Mygo products ?

So what happens to the Mygo range ? Were they not supposed to bring PCR times down incredibly and mobile. Where they not sold to TATA medical and we thought we get huge business from them ?

Basically what this means is that when Novacyt acquired Yourgene , it was really Yourgene taking over Novacyt. Almost all the board are from Yourgene minus CFO. I suspect Lyn Rees will channel significant financial resources including R&D into Yourgene. We will probably get a name change of Novacyt to yourgene something. Practically almost all the previous Novacyt Board / management have gone including the chairman.

What was Novacyt annual cashflow loss before Yourgene acquisition compared to now post acquisition? Was it not better for Novacyt to have kept the money instead of purchasing Yourgene , which is losing money . Novacyt had £100 million cash in the bank prior to yourgene acquisition

What I don't understand is why haven't Novacyt sold huge numbers of MyGo instruments, which would be perfect for mobile remote places that need same day testings. Ideal for Zoos / Farms / nursing homes / Care homes / Cruise ships / villages in India /Africa / Thailand etc would be perfect... but H1 2004 records 0.3M sold ?

I doubt very much this will bring any money . Will Novacyt go to WHO and say hey we have this product available, you want it ? Will the Yourgene CEO/ CSO be interested promoting this product ?

Hi Brentw1 , I just ordered the book thinking fast and slow , which you previously suggested to read. Thank you for the advice . I need to somehow recoup has much of my £660K in this share before Lyn Rees walks away from this company, with spending all the cash without making any profits. Of course , he will walk away with picking up huge salaries during that time . I can see maybe 4-5 years time there will be a placing to raise cash because there would be no money left , or bought very cheaply .
