LondonWatcher , I doubt very much Primerdesign will win any major contract . Why would the board be dismantling Primerdesign. Significant cash is funnelled into Yourgene now. If Primerdesign were to win NHS contracts , they would have by now in preparation for winter viral attacks.

Captain , i will be honest with you . I am just a hard working down to earth doctor ... i don't gamble or invest in shares . Novacyt was my first ever investment in any shares in my life . Investing in Novacyt has put me off investing in any AIM share in the future . I have made my money basically by hard work , working 7 days a week and 12 hour days .

Captain , I cannot afford to sell up . Too much invested in this . Its all or bust for me now . I am here till the day the share price goes 0p or hits my £5.82p

Facts :

1. No directors buys of Novacyt shares .

2. No institutional investors are getting involved.

3. No significant contract wins

4. No RNS to clarify sales of products or contract wins

5. No business strategy disclosed

6. Primerdesign dismantled and relegated to bottom of business tray

8. Novacyt Board is essentially all Yourgene but name , therefore a very biased boardroom .

9. Novacyt is loss making every month £1million

10. Even the fat man has jumped ship from chairman role .

What concerns me is that the directors have not invested their money into any shares in Novacyt . Clearly they see the company as loss making , and feel that the SP will drop further . If this company gets bought , it will not be for £2 , it will be for a joke of a price 10-40p and directors given huge cash bonuses to make the deal happen .

My 3 year old patients that i see in my clinics can do better lines and have some crazy explanation of what it means

There was someone who bought 250,000 shares on Monday first thing in France .. ... I wonder if that is a insider

But directors can be sneaky right And tell their friends and relatives inside information ?

Would you not expect the directors buying shares if there was a contract deal ?

What is the cause of this latest frenzy now ?

The fact is no BoD have put in their own money and invested in Novacyt shares tells me that they do not value the shares at 45p, let alone 50p+ . It tells me they have expect the SP to drop down further. Remember , this company is loss making . It's disgraceful how a company can destroy shareholder value from £13 (2021) to 35p (2023)

Someone invested yesterday £146K and bought 250K shares ...... is that you Larry ? . Its not me this time .

CaptainSwag as you are a trader and not a long term holder of this share , so why do you expect the share price to go up ? This is a loss making company as it stands , and the SP will fall accordingly ? What do you think ?

Does anyone know :

1. significance of today's RNS , whats the reasoning for change of registration address ? It leaves the private investor in limbo with lack of clarity with this reasoning of RNS today .

2. What is likely to be the cash balance left in accounts 31 December 2024 ?

This is what really hurts inside . If I had listened to my friend and GP colleague in 2020 and invested the same amount of money I had put into Novacyt shares , and instead invested it into bitcoin , my investment would be now worth £80 million . Instead I am losing over 92% of my £660K in Novacyt shares.

Does anyone know for sure what the purpose of Invest Securities SA is ? Are they simply syphoning money from private investors each month for Novacyt ? So for instance a private investor A invests £10K in Novacyt shares at 0.47p , and Invest Securities SA have also bought same amount of shares at 0.47p ..... the share price then goes up as a result to 0.49p and Invest Securities SA sells up and makes profit .... the share price will then drop below 0.47p and the private investor A is now in loss. That profited money collected by Invest Securities SA is that syphoned by Novacyt?

People are investing in AIM purely on speculation , and with no hard facts , but just some stupid LinkedIn propaganda or twitter feed . We had this share pumped all the way up to £1.37 this September purely on speculation and hype on Mpox . I am sure many investors in Novacyt are now stuck on this share as a result and their average is above 90p . The directors at Novacyt have not invested one single penny of their own money . You have to be really stupid to not question why they haven't invested . The answer is simple , they simply do not see any value in Novacyt at this price , they expect it to go lower . This company is loss making every month !
