Why are the sentencing dates different and significantly wide apart for both NCYT and CNSL ? What does it mean ?

Amers , to answer you . Novacyt was my first ever and only investment in AIM . It's been a complete and utterly disastrous investment for me, and I do not intend to invest any money ever again in any AIM company.

Can we expect Mr Graham Mullis held responsible and given a criminal conviction ? He was CEO of Novacyt and Lab21 at the time . Any opinions, anyone ?

Novacyt are losing £1m per month , so by June 2025 , the cash in bank will be £24m . Thats a SP of 35p . December 2025 the SP will be 18p if Novacyt continue to lose £1m per month

Itsawrap , why would there be a take over ? The company is loss making . They still have 30 million in bank . I cannot see a takeover unless the directors are given brown envelopes and then we private investors trashed . But mind you these directors have not financially invested u Novacyt . They have not put enen one penny of their money into any Novacyt shares .

Payce , I see you have been commenting on this share sporadically over the years . What is your personal genuine feeling about this share and if we are are going to expect any contract wins to move the share price significantly upwards ? What do you think of the management ? Do you feel this company is worth investing at this price by any new investors ?

This Ranger device from Yourgene has been developed now for almost 10 years ? Am i correct ? But it has not generated any huge contracts . Lyn Rees has been CEO of Yourgene from 2018 , which is now 7 years . What exactly has he achieved in terms of establishing profit margins for this company ? In fact in bankrupted the company and probably persuaded the Novacyt directors , with his gift of gab , to take them over and save them .

Look , I am being very critical and cynical because I have seen my investment slash to below 10% of what i paid . Let's discuss what do we expect from Yourgene in the next few years . Is this company going to become successful or is it just that the directors are using this company to pay for their huge wages and bonuses. Let's discuss rationally on here without abuse and insults .

Dinglewoilf , I would suggest Lyn Rees pulled the pants down on every shareholder of Yourgene and spanked it hard and then gave it a good kick . He basically trashed all those poor Yourgene private investors, including the institutional investors. That's why we Novacyt investors are very nervous because this man can do exactly the same to us.

Well , James Wakefield basically went to Yourgene and handed the Novacyt cash to Lyn Rees who was always then going to break up Primerdesign rather than building it into a dynamic company. I also suspect the knowledge and skills learned from Primerdesign were redirected into Youseq when the R&D staff left to Youseq. The founder of Primerdesign has now also created Youseq. If there will be any big PCR contracts , it will go to Youseq.

Thanks Davand for your opinion. I will hold onto my shares [ 113,597 ] , got no choice really . They are worth less than 10% of what i paid for them . Not worth selling.

Davand , I know you have lost huge amount of your investment with Yourgene . But tell me your humble honest opinion of what you think is likely with Yourgene now Do you feel Yourgene can establish into a mid cap company ? Do you feel they can win some big contracts ? Look i am a genuine investor with Novacyt, I got sucked in by the hype from rampers and by Graham Mullis in 2020 when we were told that Novacyt are going to become a mid cap company and they won that huge second DHSC contract. I put a lot of my cash in this.

Hi Kaeren , this was what i was alluding to , we really need to know what the competition is out there that Yourgene is faced with . If Yourgene's products are unique , it gives me much confidence that maybe we can hope for some potential big contracts our way . Otherwise companies like Roche will always swallow the market with their financial muscle. My fear is its companies like Roche that will come and take over Yourgene for a fraction of the price and we investors left hung out to dry . Still no director shares bought.

Question , especially for the previous Yourgene share holders . These Yourgene diagnostic DNA screening tests , how many companies are there around the world with same tests , basically what is the competition out there ?
