Primerdesign is being dismantled . I suspect very little money put into R&D . All this nonsense about Mpox , H5N1 If there will be any big contracts it's going to be from Yourgene, not Primerdesign.

The biggest predictor of future outcome short term is that no directors are invested in this shambles of a company . They have no confidence in this company . No director has put in their own money , this says everything . SP will decline as cash burn continues. Lyn Rees has been CEO of Yourgene since 2018 , that's 7 years of having a business plan that's going to create wealth for share holders .

Its shocking Novacyt have not made any significant money last year from any of the viral outbreaks last year . What is going on with their sales and marketing teams ? Primerdesign total revenue < £5m last 12 months . Are they investing enough into primerdesign ?

This is question for everyone . What type of company could potentially be targeted for acquisition by Novacyt ? PCR testing is saturated and Primerdesign are experts , so no point going for another similar company in PCR testing. A company that is involved in DNA screening tests is what i think the BOD [ Yourgene biased board ]will go for. The fact is they have around £30m cash left , do they blow it on acquisition or use it to build Yourgene over next 5 years and of course pay themselves huge salaries.

What will save my investment i can see is if we pray to 'GOD ' and ask , please can there be another pandemic so that Novacyt can win another big contract . This is the ONLY way i can visualize receiving back my investment . How bloody sad and pathetic i am ! The BOD are really taking this company has a big lifestyle salary ticket every year until the cash is dry .

If that VAT return is not included , add that £7m to the £ 2.4m lost in the last 6 months , then that is £1.57m loss per month

The founder of Primerdesign and who developed Primerdesign into a multimillionaire pound technology company is the founder of Youseq. Already the brains of R&D are shifted from Novacyt to YouSeq. It would not surprise me if the BOD of Novacyt (Yourgene) will dismantle or sell off Primerdesign

Looks like YouSeq have huge range of PCR test kits . No wonder Primerdesign are not winning contracts due to competition and saturated market . It would not surprise me if Youseq overtake Primerdesign in R&D and contract wins. They do have Novacyt's ex R&D and inside knowledge of Primerdesign products
