The decisions made by JW have cost this company a heavy price and destroyed investor value .

The poor decisions made by JW :

1. Allowing Graham Mullis the £10 million for the LTIP was a big big mistake as the SP was not sustained at all and was not merited due to unsuccessful contract with DHSC . At least JW should have delayed any issue of £10 MILLION until the case with DHSC was clarified .

2. Appointing David Allmond was so wrong and paying him huge wages for exactly what for ? It delayed Novacyt a further 18 months of developing .

3. The strategy of silence and keeping private investors in the dark about R&D .

I hope you , Lyn Rees and you James Wakefield are reading what I wrote. You are both a disgrace if you are running this company as a lifestyle company for your benefit. I am losing serious money in this company and only invested for reasons stated earlier.

If a CEO like Lyn Rees is taking a gross salary of approximately £500K per year , does he really need to care about Private Investors or the share price ? In 5 years time Lyn Rees would have taken approximately £2.5 million in gross income . This is more than 95% of population who would not even earn that kind of money in their whole lifetime. So my point is is Lyn Rees a fake gimmick who talks a good game but delivers absolutely crap all.

I invested simply because Graham Mullis told everyone in his interview October 2020 , that Novacyt are going to be a mid cap company a very ambitious company . What has happened since then is that Novacyt have been stringing Private Investors along with not the entire truth of what is happening and keeping silent on what Research & Development they are doing.

We were told lies about

1. £100M organic growth within 5 years.

2. Biosensor that they were working on will be a blockbuster a game changer. Then told its scrapped.

3. They have strong grounds in DHSC case but they wet their pants on first day of court and paid up £5M to DHSC.

JW needs to resign because you not a good chairman and I hope you reading this.

I am losing 95% of my investment with Novacyt , which is around £600K . That amount of money is serious money to be losing.

I hope Lyn Rees is a genuine individual with a strong commitment to succeed and develop this company into a mid cap company. I hope he is not just the lifestyle CEO that will take his salary and screw everyone else.

Do Novacyt have a test for this , can they be a first responder ? Can they win a contract £10+M for this outbreak

The fact is UNICEF , and WHO used these Novacyt PCR tests should be confirmative that tests were 100% satisfactory.

Is it possible Novacyt could quit London and the French Stock markets and start trading on New York stock market . We have talked about AIM as the 'wild west' of investing and increasingly fewer punters are not going to invest in any AIM company . Novacyt will be my first , last and only ever AIM company . Its been a very difficult experience with this investment for me . On the positive , i expect Novacyt to win the DHSC case , bring in another £81.5M +INTEREST (~ £10M ) to use for further acquisitions . I would like Novacyt to move to New York stock market after this DHSC case has been sorted .

Thank you Poidster . I have always said that it will be the cash that Novacyt have that will save them and develop the company . The money from DHSC of £81.5 m + interest ( ~ £10M ) would allow 2-3 further acquisitions of similar type to Yourgene . If each acquisition can yield profits of £50M - £20M annually , this will allow Novacyt to grow into a mid cap company .

Poidster , what's your opinion of what the potential SP could be after DHSC case is won completely by Novacyt ?

Who the hell would want to dump 60,000 shares on French stock market , being so close to court case. I suspect traders buying / selling as this share has been a traders share until since 2021 . The company needs to start demonstrating increase growth trajectory.

The question really is would it be actually worth acquiring Genedrive? Would they actually bring any big contracts ?

HC , hypothetically how much would it cost Novacyt to takeover Genedrive , assuming they fail to raise the cash to survive ?

Genedrive and Yourgene are both based in Manchester and is this just a coincidence. Should we be thinking Yourgene directors and Genedrive directors are collaborating for Novacyt to take over if GDR fails to raise enough cash to sustain existence ? I think Dr Joanne Mason must know the technology of Genedrive very well and their commercial prospects. Would this be a good move for Novacyt ? Is this takeover planned after winning DHSC case ? It just seems too suspicious to me ?

The longer DHSC take in paying up in full , the more interest accumulates on the money owned . The DHSC will have to pay for Novacyt's defense .

I agree B2HS2L , I believe Novacyt will win the case entirely , and its the question of when the DHSC accept they are at fault and pay up in full .
